i have been with this bank at least 7 years maybe more and i have not once had any problems with them,i like that i can transfer money into my daughters account and she gets it on that day or the next also they keep aside the direct debits that i have told them about so i always know how much money i have left to play with,they have also called me with courtesy calls to make sure iam happy with everything to do with my account,this morning i received a text from them about a delayed payment of wages so called them answerd in 12 mins not too bad considering there is a problem which all banks can get and usually sort out these things happen and iam sure they will text me as soon as things are sorted so thankyou think money for a great service
