Paid in 1000 pounds over a month ago for my rent. Direct debit not paid due to insufficient funds! Told by the bank that on occasion money does get lost and an investigation would need to be carried out. In the meantime I have an eviction notice!
Do not open an account with this 'bank' even if you are desperate! ( I was; now I face being homeless as well)
