I have been a loyal customer of moneyway for over 20years they have decided to change the way of paying for the council tax and by doing so they have put my bills up by £80 a month and feel that this is acceptable wake up moneyways im not in any dept with you and if you decide to change things without letting me know then thats your fault not mine and I shouldnt be made to pay more money for your mistakes I will canx my account asap with you.You do not deservr to be in buisness if this is the way you treat valued customers!
