My mum has been with them for 35 years and have been excellent untill they have got a lot bigger.
She has had three very major mistakes. The didnt pay her water bill like they were supposed to and didnt tell her untill the bill was huge.
They appologised which she excepted as it had been the first mistake.
The next year the same thing happened and my poor mum had to pay off the big arrears off each week as she can ill afford sudden big bills which is why she uses tehm.
Now! Just had another major problem. They forgot to mention a £500 utility bill they had months and months ago leaving mum to try and find money she doesnt have yet again.
It is just not good enough! You pay for a service then it should be provided or penalties should be applied. If i didnt pay my bank correctly i would be heavily charged so why should a company you pay to provide a service not have to pay for making such big errors.
Totally disgusted and will be reporting them.
