Trying to sort out paying for my phone bill and Lloyd's bank service just keep declined the payment when the money was in the account

Try to. Get my bank card unblocked at customers service
And the staff who was very rude

No wonder why I am switching to another bank as Lloyd's has been nothing but trouble for last week
