I received my order promptly BUT the packaging was not good. One of the latches on the front of the satchel bag was bent so it was extremely difficult to open or close the latch. I contacted the company to return the item and they will not respond to multiple emails or provide me with a return number.

I have now opened a dispute through paypal to try and get my money back.

I do not recommend dealing with this company!

I purchased a bag for my wife for Xmas which she was thrilled with but a couple of weeks ago one of the clips broke. I e-mailed to say about the problem and the customer service has been excellent. A few e-mails to and fro and invoice details and replies back that they no longer did the same design with apologies but my wife could choose any bag as a replacement , sent the details back and the new bag arrived next day. What an excellent service and a pity that most other companies to not follow in the same format. Excellent

I ordered 2 bags from this site and paid for them. 1 was unfortunately not available. They contacted me as soon as possible, made me aware of the situation and offered me a range of options to resolve the issue. I chose the option I wanted and they communicated back to me straight away. 2days after the initial order, i am sitting here with my new bags, a partial refund as the replacement bag cost less and am a very happy camper. Lovely bags, superior customer service and a happy, satisfied customer. Shopping doesn't get better than this. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I actually wanted the red one but ordered the orange (really bright!) My husband loves it! He normally has good advice/taste, I will be ordering the red and I'm looking at a cross body bag, the quality is fab and it still looks shiny and new after my night out! It was flung about like a rag doll :) very pleased! And the customer service is brilliant,friendly,cheerful, thanks :) Xx

Would definitely recommend.

Paid for next day delivery but the bag never showed up. After phoning lydc, they refunded my delivery cost and sent out another bag to me, another 4 days later - and they sent the wrong colour bag!! I told them but they did nothing about it. So I had no choice but stuck with it. Would not recommend.
