I purchased a mulberry handbag 16 months ago. The bag was for everyday use.
The colour has worn terrible and the strap is splitting.
I have had no luck with returning the handbag far from it they have stated that it is so shabby due to wear
and tear and are asking me to pay to have the strap repaired.
I will never buy another Mulberry handbag
