I have been doing business with CTOBUY from China since april and have been ordering Handbags, Wallets, Scarves etc. About 6 weeks ago I noticed that they quality of the products started getting bad very quickly and informed them of the problem asking them to look into it as well as to check the items before shipping to me. Their response was "Sorry" and that was it. Unfortunately I already had another 4 orders in process with them which I could not stop and the last one arrived this week. Guess what... two of the handbags arrived with broken zips and the rest of the merchandise had rusted zippers. The bags looked like cheap plastic (Which they obviously are) and I am unable to sell a single item from the order. Response from them "Sorry" In short DO NOT BUY FROM CTOBUY.com as they have lost control of their quality and are not interested in fixing the problem. I have found other sites that are selling the same c$@p as theirs for between $12 and $18 where they are charging from $25 to $35. Yarin
