“No phone number no replies ”

After my fruise was cancelled due to Covid it has been a disaster nightmare-- 10 emails not answered and noone to talk to on the phone. P&O answered my emails but said once the booking is made with OzCruising it is them that I have to speak to. I guess the $1600 I paid is gone. I will never use a company that doesn't have a phone number and Ozcruising will never have me as a customer again. Beware -- it is much better to book direct with the cruiseline.

“They basically take your money and disappear”

They basically take your money and fail to pass it onto the cruise lines. No phone numbers to follow them up with, just email to which they occasionally respond - but without returning the money, even though the cruise was cancelled and they never actually paid the cruise line. Its appalling and despicable that people like this can continue to do business. Karma bus will come for these low life's at some point

“Easy to change cruise date”

I had to change my booking to a later sailing due to Covid cancellation of the cruise I had booked. I found the process was very easy. I booked a new cruise and emailed Ozcruising to transfer it over. They even provided me a discount to what the cruise line price was direct.

“Ozcruising abysmal customer service that will be...”

Cruise deposit paid cc. Balance paid when due through the only option to pay with credit card, which was BPAY through the Ozcruising website. Have to pay cc for travel insurance with card to save $$. cruise was cancelled. We chose refund September 2020. contacted Princess, they confirmed ozcruising was refunded full amount 14 December 2020. Oz Cruising meantime denied charge back through BPAY first time , as they dudnt have the refund from princess. We then found out they already had our money, so put another BPAY query through. Ozcruising again denied chargeback , no reason, proof given to ozcruising on 27 jan 2021 of desperate need of our money back. Which by law says if paid on cc it must go back to cc. But ozcruising is denying the charge backs and insisting on direct debit refund. 27 Jan we were told our case would be looked at to be expedited for refund. No contact received since that day from ozcruising. The Sole owner, director, whatever, all to happy to take peoples money (still investigating the timing of their final payment dates compared to the actual cruise company's, the laws and ethics of that etc)read emails of complaint (proof of this available, and the speed in which they are opened! Wow! ), but should be helping refund his customers, which yes, surprise surprise, Ozcruising we are still your customers and you have a duty of care and can be held responsible for breaching that. Pay up or come clean and fess up what is actually going on ! Anything is better than the constant turmoil and stress of now. Royal Caribbean had our cruise with them cancelled and refunded in 30 days, without us even finding out for 3 months. Then to be so silly to put it in writing that you won't respond or refund us because ive been abusive? 1, that was stupid thing to do. 2. That was a really really really stupid thing to do. Outlining my legal rights and possible actions I can, will and am taking is not abuse. But did u notice how that increased as time went on by any chance??? And I'm very thorough when it comes to documenting, recording and research. The matter was resolved by QCAT on 251 June 2021. Despite telling Fair trading that they would wait until that outcome, still not paid. Last chance given today to pay. But OZCRUSING think they can stroll in now saying they didnt get a chance, when in fact they got 2 x 28 days allowance as they moved their operations mid claim.

“Warning stay away from Ozcruising ”

Warning stay away from Ozcruising company they will take your money and not give it back if your trip is canceled We had our cruise canceled back in August last year and we are still waiting to have our money return. The said it would take 90 days. They told us in December that Princess Cruises returned our money and it was in the line to be processed We are still waiting, it has been way over 180 days now and we still don’t have our money returned even though it was given back to them in December Don’t trust them. They are hiding behind COVID and using it as an excuse so as not to give customers their money back. They don't even have a phone number anymore to be able to talk to them. What are they hiding?

“Refund”

We are waiting for our refund for over 5 months. We found out that P&O have sent the refund back to ozcruising on the 21st may and we cannot get an answer from them. They will not answer emails or phone calls and P&O cannot get in touch with as well

“Excellent professional services”

We had used Ozcruising twice before and normally it was hubby doing the booking. Four weeks ago, I decided to contact Ozcruising to book a PNG cruise through email. The email was answered almost straight away and I did all the booking with our future cruise deposit too. I had more questions re the visa to PNG and they were answered straight away through email. I was very impressed with their prompt services. Their website is easy to understand and no surcharges for credit cards. On Sunday I read in the newspapers that the prices for our cruises had gone down by $388 with an additional $100 OBC. I emailed the consultant (not sure if we are allowed to mention name, Her name starts with J) requesting her to reduce the prices too. I don't expect her to reply so quickly. Mind you that day was Sunday. She replied me almost straightaway again and cancel my original booking and rebook our cruises at a reduced rate. How good it is? I already logged in my personalizer and everything was right. Furthermore, if we go to Ozcruising and go to My Account, all the on board credits are there and the balance due date etc. I would highly recommend Ozcruising to anybody who wants a cheaper fares than other travel agency as their prices are normally cheaper, their website is easy to navigate, the consultants are nice and pleasant and you can log in to your account to check your balance etc. Thanks, Ozcruising for doing such a good job

“Oz Cruising poor Service Give me US customer service...”

We booked a cruise with Oz Cruising to be had 8 months out (booked sep 2013 for Jun 2014) and wanted to cancel it less than a week later because of work relocation. The reply was so typical for an Australian Company - "you ticked the box on our T&C which says no refund". We are from Australia but have used US based companies several times, and NEVER have we had a "leave us alone" answer like this. After arguing the case they finally agreed to refund less $100 in 'processing cost' - but alas the refund was never forthcoming and emails not responded to. It is unfortunate but in the future we will be booking all our travel with HolidaysToGo based in Texas US. Australian companies really have to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

“Service was a big disappointment”

Oz Cruising failed to provide me with the necessary advice to get the cheapest and easiest visas for my trip. This resulted in me paying far more than I needed - unlike fellow passengers whose online travel agents willingly volunteered this information. When I rang to provide feedback they were very defensive and not willing to make available to future clients the necessary information to save money. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares about its customers.
