Had it installed 7 years ago and had problems with it then, 3 guys came round and sorted it

Now it's totally ruined and when I sent photos I was told to put weed killer down and brush all the moss of it . Joke

Spoke with someone in Lytham (I asked why they were there when I'd actually dialed a Manchester number) but this person said that they could do the job (albeit in Somerset!) Sent plan of project, numerous emails, calls. All led to nothing. Had to assume they were in receivership. Bad that they didn't let me know.

I ordered a 5m x 7m football pitch for an event at Wembley and despite their assurances they didn't deliver it.

When pushed for assistance they just put me on to someone else.

I lost of lot of money because of As Good As Grass.

Do not make the same mistake.

Very impressed with As Good As Grass, they came to do an install in my garden and arrived at my property on time with a team of 3, all very well presented and mannered and couldn't do enough to satisfy our requirements. We absolutely love our new lawn area and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

They take your money with no intention whatsoever of supply or installing the product.

I can't even be bothered writing the whole story, it is that bad, but needless to say they NEVER delivered our grass after 2 months of not replying to phone calls. Luckily I told them I would give them cash on delivery as they wanted full payment, the day they were FINALLY due to deliver, they didn't turn up and all their phones have been turned off. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

I've no idea if AsGoodAsGrass would have done a good job as they simply didn't turn up (despite having taken our 50% deposit). Several unanswered phone calls and emails eventually produced the response 'we've no idea what happened, we will return your deposit'. I've yet to see if they do but have my small claims letter handy...

I'd recommend not handing over 50% payment as other customers also seem to have had no shows.

I paid for my parents front garden then their back garden to be installed with ambassador Grass from As Good As Grass and we selected them to do the install. Like I said the front was that good we had the back done; I dealt with the Preston office
