I am now several months into complaining to Lazylawn about their product. The pile is facing the wrong way on most of the area or is flat in others. The installer (Lazylawn) revisited and mechanically brushed the lawn and confirmed it was faulty. The director I spoke to said they would sort the problem, and the next step was to arrange a HO visit to inspect and take photos. That is months ago now and phone calls and emails from me get ignored. My only option is to sue them, or stick with a lawn that is either shiny, flat or bent the wrong way. Stay away at all costs !!!

Update to review.
One week after posting this review I was contacted by Lazylawn H/O to arrange an official inspection. This was carried out promptly and confirmed the lawn was faulty, and they would replace the lawn.Since then all has gone smoothly and the new lawn has been installed and looks great. A happy ending for me, even though it took a lot of effort to get things moving

I have been having a similar problem. Shortly after installation I noticed three areas in which the 'pile' was not laying correctly and looked odd (lighter than the rest of the lawn). I emailed HQ and the installer three times. Eventually I said I would phone and then got an email. A guy from Lazylawn came to inspect and agreed it was not right. Later I spoke to the installer who said he would send ina report. Since then - nothing. Emails are ignored.
