Faulty Service

Spent money on going ahead and getting the full service. Noticed today that not only has the full service not been working, but my account had just disappeared from thin air, I found this out trying to get my account to log back in. NONE of my emails were in their system. Please, please do not waste your money on this debauchery.

It's a good thought kind of system, just does not work, and Avast is going broke anyway, and I am sure, even though I asked for one. I will not be receiving and refund.
