As I'm not stupid, I didn't fall foul of the scheme. I ordered and then cancelled my debit card. The products arrived and my son looked at the ingredients and told me "mum this is very expensive stuff". I've been using the day and night creams for a week now and my skin has honestly never been so soft. Normally moisturiser can leave me with spots after a day or two. Not this stuff. I'd happily pay for it. If only I could find a seller

The same happened to me they took 103 pounds of me on the 22 July 2016 then again on the 25 July. I have had to cancel my bank card which is a bit of a nuisance

A window popped up in my computer offering a gift after I answer the survey questions. I did and I was asked to choose among 4 or 5 products saying that it was a gift and all I had to pay was for s&h amounting to around CAD$5+. As soon as I gave my credit card details for the s&h another window popped up offering an additional product. I do not recall hitting the yes button but the window was so quick in coming out with my acceptance to the offer. Well I did not bother to correct it since it was only CAD$5. Besides there was no back button in case one changes his/her mind. A month later I saw a whopping CAD$180 charged to my account! I called my credit card and I got the feeling the agent had encountered similar calls. She gave me the number of Beautemar right away and offered to put a block on future charges from the same company. I called Beautemar to contest the charges and I was told I agreed to the fine print that if I do not return the items they would charge my credit card full price! I never heard of a gift being charged full price! Beware!!! These guys do not have any conscience. I have not even used the products. If these people are bad then how can I trust their products?

We are on face book.we are a group of tricked people going back a long time, .there is a lot of practical advice re getting your money back,reporting it to trading standards,action fraud uk and advice re a template for your bank/ credit card co. You have to get the card co.to stop payments.but just look us up on Facebook to see the extent of this global scheme.

They make business using people's stupidity. What they are doing is illegal.They take your money under false pretenses, will make you believe you will get your money back if you return the products and they find fake reason not to reimburse you.

Even after getting email confirmation I cancelled after the bogus free trial bs. continue to be charged this is a fraudulent company I still can't get the payments stopped. My credit card is charged don't have product to return. Considering legal action .... Appalling Rating is you are criminals but will put 1 to get this posted.

Would just like the Moisturizing Day Cream. I have yet to find any cream that diminishes bags under the eyes. Find the cream very smooth and fine.

Some advice! Write a letter to your bank and cc to their fraud dept telling them that you do not authorise ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Also say you will be pursuing a refund directly with Stemologica but no further payments are authorised as this contract has been cancelled and tell them strongly that unless they provide you with assurance that they wont pay anything further then you will be forced to immediately close your account with them. This should be enough to keep them vigilant so you aren't hit for any further charges (and if you are they will then have to refund you). Next make sure you email these addresses below and cancel any further contract with them - say you do not want anything further and they are to remove you from any autorefill that they may have automatically signed you up to, ask them to confirm that they have done this. Just to make you all aware you have a strong case for a refund and I have been successful in obtaining a refund for another person in the exact same position as you so the odds are good. The legislation to use is the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. It is their practise to despatch the creams as soon as someone signs up but they are legally obliged to provide you with clear pre-contractual information that tells you exactly what you were signing up to, any hidden costs and your right to change you mind and a return address. This must be provided to you in a durable medium such as an email or letter. They will argue this and say you agreed to the T&C's and ticked the box before you put in your card details but this is irrelevant in UK Law. Failure on their part to provide you with this means that your cancellation rights are extended from 14 days to a year and 14 days and as long as you are within this time period you can exercise your right to a full refund without penalty. Like most of the other reviews on this page I was sucked in by a bogus survey purporting to come from my broadband provider. I sent off for a so called "free samples" received them and 14 days later almost £200 was taken from my credit card. I had received an e-mail from Stemologica telling me that the shipping costs would appear on my credit card as stemapur.com and when I went on to this using my order ident and the password they had given me I found I could access anything but NOT my account. So I left a message saying I did not want to receive any more of this product and also clicked to cancel the "auto-refill". As I noticed that when I put my details in sometimes I was sent to stemapur and sometimes to another site called stemocell, so I did the same thing on that site. When my credit statement came the shipping charges had been paid to a company called Beauty Online Satis Paz.V in Istanbul and to Landsol Enterprises Nicosia. Alarm bells rang I immediately contacted my credit card company and told them not to honour any further payments to any of the above - in spite of cancelling the auto-refill and telling them I wanted no more of their product Landsol Enterprise tried to take £79.98 out of my account on Sept 6. I have heard they have tried to take money from credit cards using a different name - and believe me - they have many different ones so I had to cancel my credit card and apply for a new one. My credit card company has been brilliant and now disputing this for me but my advice to anybody is stay well clear of this company

I ordered free samples paying only for postage on my debit card. Since then the company have made numerous attempts to take £98 from my bank. Luckily the banks fraud department was on the ball and got in touch with me. Now going through the inconvenience of having my card cancelled and currently awaiting new card.

I signed up for a free sample, just postage to be paid. I received the goods and then was charged over £200. When I contacted them they said it was a free trial for 2 weeks and it was not sent back so in their t & conditions I had agreed to subscribe and that the t & conditions were sent to me in an email. They were not very helpful at all. I contacted the fraud banking and was told because I had given them my details I could not get the money back but they put a stop for any further money been taken out. I cancelled my card as this company has various products and names and when you give them your card details they keep it on record and just charge what they want.

Same here, it was a free sample and it was just postage to be paid. I contacted fraud banking and they said because I had given my card details I could not get a refund. Their claim is that is was a free trial, I argued it was not but she said it was in the t & c that I was sent, which I never received. It is a pity because the product is actually good. If it was marketed properly and honestly I would probably buy it. Dont forget to contact your bank to make sure they do not take anything else from your account. I cancelled my card as well. This company is like an umbrella company for a number of products.

I purchased Stemologica face care products via the trial offer advertised on websites, then paid one installment and received a full set of items. I emailed the firm cancelling further purchases and informed my bank to block further payments - to wwwbeaute21.com However Stemologica took a further payment by changing their name to beautecare.com - so the bank system couldn't 'recognise' this as same firm. So buyers beware - do NOT buy anything from this firm........

I bought the trial product without doing an internet check - costly mistake. The 'business' took 1 payment even after I emailed them cancelling order then, before the bank could cancel the card, they took another as they knew they were being investigated. No products were received for the 2 payments. No reply from so-called customer service email address - no surprise there!! Looked around on internet and I think firm also does the same thing using the name of Dead Sea products. DO NOT BUY

Ordered sample for creams and serrum and had already ordered another creams and serrum already, but after I saw got charged £200, for first delivery decided to check why.. Read the Terms guys. So immediatelly returned second delivery with all original packaging and without even opening. And still got charged £200, after trying to e-mail them I was told that I am not cooparating with them and they cant do anything. Stay away from this company to save your money and nerves!

Do not under any circumstances use this company for the 14 day trial. I filled out a survey and ordered a sample. It arrived broken and I emailed them to tell them. A few days later another arrived but although the product was satisfactory I decided to return it and cancelled my repeat order on their website. Their terms and conditions state that the product need to be SENT before the time is up, but I was charged the full price before I did. Essentially anyone who orders a trial will be charged, whether you want to be or not. Repeated requests to have my MONEY returned have resulted in return of £100 and they are saying that the other £100 is to cover Shipping and Handling. Just repeat that last line to yourself (I obviously paid the return postage) and you will see just what a scam this is. Buy from somebody reputable.
