I found out about InnaPeace through one of my guided meditations on YouTube. I had been going through a low point in my career and really needed help with dealing with my situation. So I thought, why not try the Brainwave Research Institute. I had also been reading about the Teenage Brain and was very fascinated with the science behind my teenage son's behaviour.
I think there were a lot of things pointing me towards discovering more about the science behind human behaviour and so I was open to trying InnaPeace. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by its results. Listening to the tracks have helped me focus. You know when there's a lot of things going on in your life and when you try to read - whether it's the newspaper or a book or an email at work, it's sometimes hard to stop the chatter in your mind. What I have found is that when I've been listening to the tracks, I am so much more efficient with reading and comprehending and prioritizing. And no, I'm not being paid to say all this!
I bring my IPad to work and listen to the tracks in my office so I can focus during the day. Sometimes I listen to them just before bed to try to help me fall asleep. I know this is all part of my journey for self discovery and improvement, and I am truly glad I have found these InnaPeace tracks. I hope I can help others by writing this.
