Strength & courage to live & share your dreams

We all face challenges in life, mine, the necessity to express myself in a new language and culture whilst staying true to my heart...I am now into my third month of InnaPeace and am thoroughly enjoying the experience, mentally, emotionally and physically. I have replaced my morning and evening meditation sessions by listening to the music...often I lie down..I have found the sounds induce a deep sense of detachment which allow the memories, emotions and physical sensations which arise far easier to observe, digest and the wonder, finally let go of. I have been able to travel deeper into my subconscious than ever before .
In fact my whole environment internal and external is under going a huge metamorphosis! My skin looks younger, my eyes are shining brighter and the contact that i have with other human beings is flowing and agreeable.
I often leave the Schumann resonance playing all day in the house, maybe i just no longer chose to see it, but i am sure that there is less dust!
I often play the hour of easy learning whilst my children study, they love it..
Basically the pressure I felt from living in France is lifting and I feel a deep sense of inner freedom to assume my life choices and live my hearts truth. Thank you from the depth of every, cell, subcell, molecule, atom, sub atom and space between... I truly feel the path to Oneness can be experienced by following this meditation course.
