I brought this printer because I had brought a new laptop and wanted to go wireless. It took 6 weeks for the WiFi to work, I spent hours with two friends trying to sort this out. After many attemps of reinstalling the software it is now working, but I dare not switch the printer off incase it wont work again. Canon support took 8 days to get back to me, in the mean time we had fixed. I am disabled and going up and down the stairs to the printer left me very dispondant. Not one of my best buys!!!!

Took the printer back after WiFi failed completely.
