I wish I read the reviews of this disgusting company please I beg you do not order form them the rudest owner you will find and terrible customer service my order never arrived and said it was my fault and blamed me for not receiving it, you are greeted with a abusive customer service agent , and then a nasty owner who emails you with aggression , please shut this company down DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED money on this company

Second time ordering at Prestige drinks and once again they didn't disappoint. When contacting the customer services team I was met with positive and efficient team that went above and beyond to help with the product we requested (notably as there was inclusion of a foreign language). Very happy with the final product that was engraved and packaged well coupled with a very fast service. Thank you once again!

Bottle arrived leaking and packing had been put inside box with bottle inside - a bit disappointing but nothing as disappointing as the aggressive/rude tone of the owner when I had emailed about the issue and then called - did not want to know! No offer of a replacement or a refund and quick frankly aggressive attitude of the owner who seems to have no regard for customers or customer service in my opinion! It wouldn't have been such an issue had the company been willing to resolve the situation but the attitude at the top was such an upsetting experience, I am quite frankly shocked by it all! It looks like all negative comments are removed from their FB page and I have seen similar negative reviews so I guess I should have looked online for reviews before buying from this company.

Absolutely dreadful experience. So expensive and the final product is definitely not value for money. An all singing website gives a false impression of what you think you will receive. Customer service is non-existent. Wish I'd listened to the previous reviews before wasting my money. Order at your own risk!

Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side. DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.

Absolutely woeful and overpriced. So disappointed with the final product. Engraving not central on the bottle which simply spoils the effect. Clearly no quality control. The silver paint used on the engraving was also smudged on the label. Only a minor criticism, but the fact that no order confirmation was received left me unsure as to whether my order had in fact been placed safely and successfully. I only knew once I checked my credit card transactions. Had to rely on courier tracking updates for any communication. Ultimately, extremely disappointed having spent in excess of £60!

Made an order and item never arrived, no refund was issued and customer service stopped replying. Avoid!

I ordered a bottle of the engraved photo prosecco and was so pleased with the quality of the photo. Moreover, the service was fantastic! I ordered the bottle and it was ready the next day. My friend had tears in her eyes when I have it to her as she was delighted with it! Thank you Prestigedrinks I will be certainly ordering more! Highly recommended.

i had read lots of bad reviews about this company.but i thought what the hay ill give them a try.very glad i did I ordered a bottle of engraved bombay sapphire for my wife,s birthday. arrived in a week very pleasantly surprised they had engraved everything i had asked them to.the engraving was of excellent quality i was very happy with the gift.when my wife opened it she was amazed that they had managed to fit all the message in ie her name DOB my name kisses etc.she absolutely loved it.would certainly use again.thanks for a great job.

I ordered an expensive engraved bottle of JD as an engagement present for my fiancée. Almost reassured and the amount it cost it would be good value. I paid extra for fast delivery and a presentation box. I am so disappointed in the product. My 4 yr old could have done a better job. It looks cheap and nasty each letter is a diffeeent colour and looks as though would rub off easily if I tried. Called to complain. She didn’t have a clue what to say expect she can’t deal with it. Couldn’t give me a name of a manager then apparently she was the manager. Every time I asked a question there was a delay as if I was on loud speaker and she was getting advice. Complete waste of my money. She couldn’t say if I would get a refund. Complete amateurs Do NOT use them. Shocking customer service. Shocking product. Complete waste of money and ruined a special occasion

Recently purchased an engraved bottle of Chase Vodka as a gift & it's perfect. The service we received was excellent & efficient and the bottle arrived within the timescale they specified. I had a query that they responded too and we're extremely helpful, couldn't ask for better service. I was surprised at the negative feedback I've read as I found Prestige Drinks to be excellent and would recommend them.

I wish I wish I wish I had listened to the reviews on this site. I thought that because there were so few (6 at that time of writing this) negative reviews that I'd be ok. Risk failed. I paid just under £70 for a bottle of champagne to be engraved as a wedding gift. It came and the engravement was beautifully done but completely off centre to the label that it looks utterly ridiculous. The samples on their website show the engravement central to the label therefore, under consumer law, what I received was "not as described" and considered faulty. Do prestige drinks adhere to consumer law? No. Even though it's a legal requirement, just saying. I've emailed them, emailed them photos, called them and I'm promised call backs.. does it happen? No. I'm utterly disgusted by their customer service and their lack of willingness to help. Avoid avoid avoid. Such as shame because this is such a lovely idea as a gift. I will continue to pursue them.

Absolutely crappy service, kept me waiting for days without notifying me there is a problem with the order !!! Just absolutely horrible never to be used ! Order from whiskyshop it's much more reliable

I ordered from them some Moët paid extra for fast engraving! Cost just under £90 and arrived a week late, spoiling a special gift . Have contacted them numerous times and noIt had a response . Very poor service

I am not one to normally complain, but PrestigeDrinks should not be able to operate. I paid extra for fast engraving and shipping to arrive in time for a birthday party (5 days). It did not arrive and after having chased several times, i find out it is "damaged" by UKMail. Still waiting several days before being told UKMail had no proof of damage so they would send another one. This did arrive, but two weeks after the date it was meant to, and i have had no compensation at all. They dont respond to emails, and you're very lucky if you get through to someone on the phone. Dont order from here.

Ordered three JD bottles to be engraved as groomsmen presents. They arrived in time but the quality was disappointing! Ripped labels, labels unglued from bottles, etching on the squew, etching not well done with some areas deeper than others. It looks as though a chimpanzee bought an etching kit from ebay and set up a business in his aunty's back bedroom. My daughter phoned (trying to help) backed it up with an email and explained the time constraints as the wedding was two days away, we are yet to hear back despite chasing them. I wish I bought an nice bottle of bourbon and not bothered with this service.

Not a good service- I used their engraving service, however the wording was misspelt! Having contacted Prestige on numerous occasions to ask for something to be done, they did not contact me back.
