Used Rome Airport Transportation to take us from cruise ship to FCO. The night before our transfer, we had some friends who also needed a ride, so I called the office and asked if it was possible to include our friends. No problem! They were extremely helpful and sent a Mercedes mini van to comfortably and quickly take us to the airport! Many thanks for your gracious service!!!

The communication was excellent , very good price , the drivers were on time , very helpful , well mannered , well dressed , very patient . Being so far away wasn't sure how this would go but everything was excellent. Will use this service again next year.

Gone to Rome on 6-Aug-12 and return to Portugal today (9-Aug-12). The driver (Mario) was very nice. This company is not the cheaper but beware about other companies cause the service may not be as they told you at the reservation and to avoid having unpleasant surprises... This worked 100%, driver as I said, was very nice, at the combined hour in both services (round-trip). I strongly recommend this company and driver. :)

Excellent service, used this conpany in June 2012 to collect and return to the airport. Very proffesional and friendly staff and very clean luxury car. Would reccomend to all.

Very friendly and efficient services from the airport to the hotel. During our stay we wanted to change our pick up time. This was no problem at all and the driver was at the hotel for the return jorney at the new agreed time and the reurn visit was as efficient as the first. We would use this service again without hesitation

We used the service 3 times, from the airport to our hotel in Rome, from the Hotel to the port several days later, and from the port to the airport when the cruise was finished. Top flight service. The driver was late on our second trip, but he called in advance and let us know he was stuck in traffic. Would definitely recommend them.

the service of private cars could not make our destination easier! Our driver was waiting at the scheduled pick-up point with our name on a tablet so you can easily see it. He greeted us after having escorted out of the airport and brought us a lot of sympathy to our hotel in Rome. I highly recommend this service. you are tired of a long night flight. Your service was excellent. Your driver waited patiently at the airport, until our friends were finally able to retrieve their luggage and we could then leave for Rome. He took us directly to the door of the hotel that we were staying at. We were able to see some of the sights along the way that we later visited. Alex, our driver leaving Rome, was also excellent. He appeared at the hotel at the requested time, loaded our luggage and off we went to the Naples area. He pointed out the sights along the way and explained all our many questions, including stopping for us to take pictures. At one point he even crossed the road to take a picture for us. We stopped at Pompeii and then he made reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant on the beach in Positano for lunch. He walked with us down to the restaurant so that we would not get lost. Then he took us back to Naples and found the Ferry we were taking and help me to retrieve our tickets. His help in negotiating our entrance to the port was something that we would have had great difficulty in performing. At that point our Italian was very limited and we do not know how we would have negotiated with the port people to explain what it was we wanted to do.

I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I know that is planning a visit to Rome. Again, thank you for all that you and your drivers did for us.
