We were late by 2 hours - the driver had phoned us prior to the flight and suggested we use WhatsApp to keep him updated of any changes, so when we finally landed he was watching for the flight and came to get us. Excellent transfer time between airports. I thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommended, customer service and the price are very good. We will definitely use Prestige Airport Cars again.

I reserved a pick up in LGW with Prestige Airport Cars months ago. All done and confirmed online. Price, destination, everything. Asked extra for meet and greet. Asked for child booster seats. Confirmed all in writing just to be sure the night before the arrival by email. All good I was told.

1. Driver never showed up at meet and greet. In fact, it took me four phone calls to eventually find him.

2. No child booster seats. Driver had no idea.

3. Driver spoke very bad and insufficient english. Very hard to communicate with him.

4. Driver took an exit on the motorway which made little sense to me ( knowing my way round London a little ). I then mentioned the name and location of the hotel to the driver, and he was confused and had a totally different hotel,totally different end of town!

By this time my trust in this company was long lost!

After an endless journey we finally made it to our hotel. I was not happy as one can imagine.

Driver then wanted money for both this trip and the one we arranged to take us back to airport. But not only did he want all upfront, he wanted more then it was reserved for! His reason for this was an apparent glitch on their website ( what??? ) and that the hotel was much further away ( excuse me??? If I remember right, you have to give in the post code during the first steps of booking).

Long story short, worst service ever!

The only positive thing I can say is, that we had a nice car.

Cancelled the second pick up and only paid one way.

We are a happy Bunch! 4 Kids, all needed baby seats + booster seats. They provided it with no extra charges! Only costed £60 each way, and they had provided me with a brand new larger vehicle then requested. Less hassle for me, and would definitely use them again!

We have had two journeys with Prestige Airport Cars. Using them for the first time, yes i did check out the review before i choose to book them.

I had just sent them an email, thanking them for such lovely service, both ways. I was surprised to have Mercedes Benz on both my journey.

Their cars were clean and the drivers were dressed very smart and greeted us kindly.

I have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Airport Cars, and will certainly their services again.

My flight was delayed by 2 hrs and when I arrived at Gatwick I turned on my phone and called the driver with the supplied number. No answer. I then called the office number and must have woke the guy that answered up only to be told that because my flight was late the driver had gone home. They had my flight number and details so new my flight was going to be late.

For them not to be there and not let us know that they were not going to take us to our destination is outrageous. It had been booked for months.

Will never use this company again. Arses

Cost us £91 to get another taxi instead of £50.
