We booked and paid in advance for a direct, private transfer from Lisbon Airport to Estoril. Our driver was immediately visible as we emerged into the arrivals hall and took us to an immaculate Mercedes just outside the terminal. Car had air conditioning and sat nav so we were taken straight to our destination. On the return journey, same standards applied, with the driver waiting outside 10 minutes ahead of booked time.

I would highly recommend this service.

I admit I was a little worried booking on line and arriving from the US with 5people including one who was not well. Our plane was very late arriving but I trusted the good Lord there would be someone there at the airport. And there was! I was thrilled to see my name! I must admit I felt pretty important, too.

We had a 90 minute ride and our driver was very nice and an excellent driver. At the airport he was courteous and spoke perfect English and efficient.

I also was glad and relieved that I didn't have to pay in advance. The reservation confirmation was detailed and assuring. I will DEFINITELY use lisbon airport transfer again and spread the good news.

Very early departure from an address you can hardly find with a GPS, a comfortable car was waiting for us right in front of the house with the boot open... Smooth drive to the airport.

Very friendly and polite English speaking driver was there with name board when we arrived.

After our arrival to Lisbon, the staffer of this company was waiting for us. He gave us nice welcome and he helped us with luggage. He was very friendly. He transported us to our adress and he was great. I can deffinitely recommend this company.

The first driver that picked us up at the airport & took us to our airport was extremely friendly & very pleasant so we booked another car to bring us back to the airport. The driver we had was extremely rude. We had preordered a taxi but were ready early so we called to request to be picked us up early, we were told flat out "no, that was not possible" the driver picked us up at the airport & drove us to the airport, he never said a single word to us. It was very uncomfortable. He had bottles of water in the back seat which I assumed were for customers so I took one with me when I left the taxi. The driver grabbed it out of my hand & said "that is not for you" I said "who is it for, somebody special?" He replied"yes" I was flabbergasted! He got our bags out of the trunk, dropped them on the ground & drove away. Never would we use your company again because of this very rude person. It's too bad because our first driver was a very pleasant person.

Very punctual, clean vehicles, good staff. I liked the fact that once the booking it was also easy to confirm arrangements over the phone.
