Absolutely terrible service. This company is a joke. I use them last year and the service was pretty good. I will never use them again.

They have great service about drivers which are very helpful and polite, good prices and on time pick up.

I will use it again and recommend to anyone looking for best taxi service.

Firstly we booked our pick up for 12:45 from Heathrow to Wembley for a rugby game our driver came at 1pm. We arranged to be picked up at 7:15 after the game to return to Heathrow I got a call during the game at 6 pm to ask did I wish to proceed with the booking from another company which led to a stressful second half of the game as we had a tight connection. Then I got a text from Kabbee to say they would pick us up at 8:40pm for a flight at 10:00pm. Seemingly 365 transfers outsourced the job to another company who couldn't do the job.It was then passed to many companies who couldn't get to collect us. Then at 7pm we got a call from our original driver to say he would be there at 7:30pm we said we would wait then we got a call at 7:45 to say he would not make it. We then had to find a cab to get to the airport we eventually got one and just about made our flight. It was an absolutely terrible service.

Regular clients on airport runs but last was somewhat different. We had a lot of luggage which the driver packed away very professionally. My husband is disabled and nothing was too much trouble to the driver who was friendly, polite, courteous and professional throughout. On arrival home he unloaded the luggage and took to our doorstep after helping my husband. We are looking forward to our next journey. A truly professional service! Well done!

Your driver picked me up on time on 16th Feb 2015. The ride to Heathrow was comfortable. Your driver was particularly concerned about my comfort,which I value very much.

This particular journey is special to me,as we went through London,which I haven't done in quite sometime.

Wanted to thank the 365 team for the wonderful service provided overall. Started and ended our honeymoon in lovely fashion. Can only thank Mr. Andrei for the great driving skill and for having refreshments in the car for us on our return journey, after a horribly long flight. Thank you again!

Very poor attitude from customer services. Not only the website allowed me to book on Christmas Day when it they were apparently fully booked...fair enough...but when I asked if she happened to know another cab company in the area she could reccommend her anser was NO...I mean you work in the transport industry and you don't even know your competitors or do you not have agreements with different taxi companies? VERY rude, rest assured you have lost a client.
