Baby seat where not safe. Service not good.

Booked private transfer, then texted to see if we would share with another family offered 50% discount declined as wanted a private transfer. Arrived at airport to no transfer, and no update as to why no driver, spoke to a lady who said nothing she could do and we would need to get a taxi from outside, made to feel it was my fault!

Great service, booked online 2 days before travel. Smiling friendly airport pick up at Gran Canaria Airport good safe driver. Return pick up on time and gave help for luggage and got us to airport in time. Fabulous service, so easy and simple. Thank you

I’d just like to say that the service tat we received from our taxi transfer was fantastic. Both journeys were done on time with very helpful and professional drivers.

Would really urge anyone thinking of using this company with young children not to go near them. Was in Lanzarote in November and paid extra for car seats for our toddler and baby seat and the two seats are ridiculously unsafe. The buckle on the baby seat between her legs has totally come away so she's effectively not strapped in. Other seat cover won't stay on and both very very loose in seat and also around body. Company should not be allowed to transport kids.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a car with a baby seat but the driver came without it, so I couldn't use their service. When I requested for a refund they denied, claiming that even though they didn't have a baby seat, the problem was my luggage, for which I offered to transport them with another car, as long as the driver could provide with a baby seat. And their costumer service is awful as well.

Booked for a return trip in Spain and they arrived in time and have a great service

Excellent! Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Driver waiting for us as we arrived through Fuerteventura Airport holding a sign with my name on it and lead us to clean mini van for private transfer to resort. Driver was exactly on time for the airport return journey. Both drivers were courteous, friendly and efficient. Will not hesitate to book again.

Fabulous service on arrival at Tenerife South Airport.Driver was waiting with Name on board and within 5 minutes we were on route to Playa Paraiso. Prior to departure we also received update e-mails regarding our return journey. Driver arrived on time. Courteous and very helpful drivers . Would recommend this company.

Booked a transfer with viva transfers in 2020 but had to cancel because of lockdown. Viva held my transfer until I could use it this year, the communication with Viva was excellent through another cancellation in 2021 and we finally used our transfer In June 22. The drivers were polite and on time with both pickups, the mini bus was clean and I would recommend Viva Transfers if you want a reliable company.

First time using this company booked them on behalf of my daughter who's flight was delayed by two hours from Gatwick. Constantly updated viva transfers concerning arrival time and always recieved a reply. On arrival in tenerife the taxi was waiting to collect my daughter so can't thank you enough even after a two hour delay. You put my mind at ease. All I can say is fantastic service and comms and we have booked you for our trip to tenerife in a few days. Thank you

We come to Lanzarote three times a year and never used viva I looked at the reviews and decided to try . Not disappointed amazing service from start to finish communication brilliant due to traffic our pick up was a little late immediately I received a call and email . Viva took the worry our of our holiday felt comfortable and liked after Esta was lovley drove sensibly and made us feel very welcome she is a star

Our holiday has been cancelled and rebooked, and hotel changed several times due to covid 19 and you have accommodated each change brilliantly, and acknowledged each change immediately, which has given us great confidence in these uncertain times. Do not use this company they will just take your money!!!. I booked a transfer on the basis terms and conditions state that if you cancel with 48 hours notice they would refund. I have cancelled over 3 weeks before the transfer due date and asked for a refund. I was told in they would not refund my money and that they would go bust if they did. I am owed a refund of 103 Euro. **BEWARE** This company do not abide by their terms and conditions. No integrity or honesty despite me being reasonable with them. The have not had any outgoings or costs due to me cancelling well in advance yet they will not refund my money despite clearly saying in their published terms and conditions that all cancellations before 48 hours would receive a full refund. Do not trust them. Please ensure you do not give them your money. This company is a disgrace.

I will keep us all as a community updated on my progress in seeking my refund with VivA Transfers that I am or anyone else would be rightfully due in a weeks time as I think such behaviour is important and valuable to share with all.

Booked with vivatransfers several times and always been positive. I had booked a return journey in gran canaria for april but unfortunately because of the coronavirus we are no longer able to travel. I informed the company of this and asked for a refund. Their response was no we won't refund you or we will go bust....sorry but everyone is in the same boat. I'd advise everyone to avoid using vivatransfers!

This is an excellent company and I highly recommend using them. They are reliable, extremely accommodating and always on time. My family use them all of the time and we visit Corralejo a lot. They are the lowest pricing company. Can I just mention how fantastic and professional Miguel is. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with.He is an asset to their company.I would only use Viva transfers and no other company ever.

I just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU for the excellent, first class service Viva Transfers provide our family on our recent holiday. They were easy to locate at the airport, all staff were friendly and courteous and the driver (we happened to have the same one for both journeys) drove with care and attention making it a comfortable journey. Not forgetting the Viva Transfers team, whose communications were outstanding, giving reassurance every step of the way. I will certainly book with again, and recommend to everyone who comes to Tenerife.

Taxi and driver well presented. Waiting at airport on arrival with short walk to taxi. Pick up to airport arrived a few minutes before time. Good advice on size of taxi bearing in mind we had golf clubs as well as luggage. Booking and paying before the trip takes away worry and hassle. Reassuring to be kept up to date with ongoing emails. Very pleased with service.
