Didn't Show Up

After a long day of traveling we arrived in Berlin relieved that we had hired Sun Transfers to meet us at arrivals to help with our luggage (and a handicapped person) and deliver us to our hotel. Imagine our dismay when no driver showed up. We waited an hour, including 25 minutes on the phone with customer service, for a driver. No driver ever showed up so we had to take a taxi which was no easy feat managing luggage and a handicapped person from the arrivals area to the taxi stand. Before our return transfer, I expressed my anger to customer service and they assured me there would be no problems with our return transfer. Unfortunately that did not turn out to be true. Our return driver was 15 minutes late and when we asked him why he wasn't on time, he said his supervisor told him he could take another booking and be late for us. We needed extra time at the airport so his being late caused us an issue. Given that our taxi was dependable and the fare was 30% cheaper than the fare for Sun Transfers, we will not be using Sun Transfers ever again. If I cannot trust a company to do their job then they are of no use to me. And Sun Transfers had two chances to do their job.
