I booked a round trip transfer from the airport to the resort and back. We were picked up from the airport but when it came time for us to be picked up from the airport no one ever came for us. We tried to call the numbers on our voucher for customer service only to find they were for different countries and we could not dial out to either number. After paying for a cab and getting to the airport late and finally contacting them via e-mail they refused to give us a partial refund. This is terrible business and I will not Suntransfers ever again.
