My recent experience with Suntransfers left much to be desired. I had booked a shuttle for myself and a friend who was traveling to Bali. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled and pushed back, but my friend's flight remained on schedule. Despite providing all necessary details and communicating with their Baliku drivers in Bali via WhatsApp, the service failed to deliver as promised. The driver, instead of waiting for my friend who faced significant delays at the visa on arrival line, decided to cancel the trip prematurely. While Suntransfers claimed they waited for over 3 hours, my friend was in contact with the drivers after just 2 and a half hours. Despite the supposed cancellation, the driver still picked up my friend, only to refuse to drive her to the location we had already paid for, citing it was "too dark and too late." They offered to credit the cost towards another tour drive with them scheduled for the next day, but that trip was already paid for via Suntransfers. When I contacted Suntransfers seeking a refund for services not rendered, they declined the request. This resulted in my friend missing her accommodation, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue with Suntransfers, their response lacked understanding and failed to address our concerns. Overall, my experience with Suntransfers was disappointing and I cannot recommend their services based on this incident

As a solo female traveler, I faced TERRIBLE SERVICE from Suntransfers. Despite confirming with them that I would have no issue traveling with two specific-sized suitcases, upon arrival, my cases were damaged by the airline, and the driver was HOSTILE and UNHELPFUL, client service skills were non-existent. Despite fitting perfectly into the vehicle, the driver created unnecessary drama and even claimed Suntransfers instructed him to LEAVE ME STRANDED at the airport. Despite my complaints, Suntransfers has STILL not responded to their client.

Just over two weeks ago I had a return trip booked with Sun transfers to and from Tenerife South airport. I am originally from the UK however now live in Puerto de la Cruz and was visiting home for the first time since the move. I arrived at the pick-up point, as advised 15 minutes before and subsequently waited there till 40 MINUTES AFTER with no sign of a coach nor driver. It is an open, one way street so there is no way I could have missed it. During the 55 minutes I waited at the pick up point, I contacted the customer service chat on whatsapp as well as called them several times. Once I got through to an advisor, the lady said she couldn't get through to the company and that I should take a taxi and keep the receipts to be reimbursed, ensuring I don't miss my flight. I was apprehensive of this as I know the taxi's cost over 100 euros to reach Tenerife south but I was left with no choice and therefore took the chance. As soon as I arrived at the airport and checked in, I submitted the receipts via email to Sun transfer as advised, including screenshots of the advisors instructions as justification. Over two weeks later I received a response and to no surprise the company were trying to get out of it by saying their driver was at the location and that I should have called within 10 minutes of them being late. HOWEVER, in their terms and conditions it states that the driver would call the number allocated if I wasn't their. Luckily enough I live in Puerto de la cruz and am friendly with local vendors, so am currently obtaining CCTV footage to counteract this argument. However this shouldn't be the case. No solo female or anyone, especially on their own, should not be objected to the stress endured from what is meant to be a professional transfer company. Not only for being ABESNT but also ADVISING to take a TAXI which they would later REFUSE to REIMBURSE by LYING that they were at the location STATED. There are many other ways (which I will be taking in future) to get to and from the airports in Tenerife, including local buses that are cheaper and ACTUALLY SHOW UP. Please don't make the same mistake I did, I am a student who's now lost 130 euros, all because a company won't accept responsibility for their ill actions.

There was no one waiting at the agreed place. They called me in poorly spoken English, saying that it would take a while to arrive and that I should go outside to wait, with the temperature at zero degrees. After several calls and waiting on the street for more than half an hour, he picked us up. He arrived half an hour late and we have lost time on our trip, in addition to the inconvenience of waiting on the street. Very dissatisfied with the service, I will not use it again and much less recommend it to anyone. Find another transportation agency.

I would not recommend this company. While they may have successfully executed many orders in the past, reliability and consistency are crucial in today's world. No one wants to risk being stranded in a foreign country without guidance. Unfortunately, our experience mirrored these concerns. Despite previous negative reviews indicating a pattern, the company failed to pick us up and remained uncommunicative for nearly two weeks. Company did not even issue an apology, not to mention a refund… After being stuck in a foreign airport with no knowledge of the language, with no cell phone service or Wi-Fi we ended up hiring a local taxi. Their unreliability and lack of assistance are concerning. Moreover, charging us for a service they didn't provide feels like a form of snatch.

I was offered a tour by their driver to be organised through another company. The tour fell through and despite my many attempts I never received a refund. Suntransfers were very unhelpful in trying to resolve this matter. As a result of using their service, and trusting their driver, I have been left significantly out of pocket.

Regular visitor to majorca (( sun transfers to me a driver would meet me in airport welcoming area" with name etc meet and greet?? Spent over 30 minutes looking for him??? By chance a guy said go to area 7 transunion transfers desk " it turns out that sun transfer are using transunion same desks " with no signs etc" leaving customers walking round in circles trying to find there transfers??? When they receive a booking they should tell customers to go to Transunion Desk???? Simple ((( Disgusting service!!! taxi driver uk

Transfer from Palma airport to Camp de Mar and return journey one week later. Excellent customer service from our driver. Courteous, friendly and helpful. We had the same driver back to Palma airport when he even went and placed our luggage on a trolley. Both transfers on time, in fact the driver was early for the return journey. Lovely car and driver exceptionally careful making sure seat belts were on before he started the journeys. Would not hesitate to recommend Sun Transfers and would not consider anyone else.

We booked a 13 seat mini-coach for a 50 minute return transfer from Faro. We received an 8 seat van. The suppliers solution was that we needed to place our luggage in footwells or on our laps. My recommendation is that you add passenger numbers to ensure this matches the size of the vehicle booked, otherwise they will try to downgrade your vehicle to a size they think they can get away with. Nice work for them, you pay a significant premium for a larger vehicle, they supply whatever they like. 9 days after the first leg, Sun Transfers are still ‘investigating’.

Never turned up for our prepaid return pickup !! Called office after 10 minutes. They took 20 mins to call back and promised driver arrives in 9 minutes. He never came Had to book another cab, FIFTY mins later. Woke kids up early for 7.20 departure. They could’ve had a longer sleep. To have to leave 50 minutes later than planned for our return flight home…. Very stressful. Unnecessarily Would NEVER recommend or use again ourselves. 4 out of 5 good ratings is too low to depend on your family not being that 1, like mine.

We have filled our flight details from GVA to Antalya and the driver was waiting in the wrong terminal ? This is not acceptable and not professional especially in summer with a hot weather. Still dont know if filling flight details is useful for the driver.

I booked a transfer from Alicante Airport on 14th July 2023. No sign of them on arrival, waited 20 mins and asked at customer support desk. They kindly helped us to contact the company and we were told to go to a different location where we would be collected shortly. Waited another 20 mins, phoned again and was told they were on their way and she would call me back straight away after checking their exact location. No return phonecall so I phoned again. Same thing happened 3 times. Eventually I got speaking to a helpful lady who stayed on the line until the driver appeared - an hour and 38 minutes after the scheduled time. His excuse was busy traffic. The lady we were renting the apartment from had tracked our flight time and was waiting an hour and a half for us to arrive. I sent an email complaining and received a reply saying it would be dealt with within 20 working days. I requested compensation as I paid 111.30 for the transfer. I received an email yesterday offering 21.66 of a refund! I rejected the offer but received another email today saying they considered this amount to be appropriate and fair and they would not be revisiting my case. I honestly can't understand the good reviews this company receive. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a return transfer from Girona Barcelona Airport. Supposed to meet us in the arrival hall , no sign of them , after 20 mins asked the lady in the arrivals hall , who worked for the Airport and she said , we have so much complaints from this company . I phoned them , they said they would find out and call me back in 5 mins, no one phone call back, after another 30 mins. Call again , same thing that they would call back, No One called back after another 20 mins . At this time there was no one left at the airport. I call back again , same thing , she said that she would definitely call back in 5 mins . In the meantime a taxi pulled up ( this was 1.40 mins after we arrived in the hall. we all grabbed the taxi. When we were in the taxi she did call back and said (20 mins later ) taxi on the way. I explained that we were canceling the transfers and she said she would arrange a full refund. What a nightmare getting my refund back , it was if we had done something wrong not them. I honestly can't understand the good reviews this company receive.

Do not use this service in the Algarve. We experienced truly shocking service. We'd paid in advance, checked the night before, and we're out in front of our apartment 10 minutes early. 20 minutes past the pick-up time, we rang and were told by the rep they'd call back. 20 minutes after that, with still no call back, we finally got through to be told there as a problem, and we should 'get a taxi'. The rep then tried to tell us the driver had been there on time, an outright lie she later took back under protest, admitting she'd never spoken to the driver. 25 mins later we finally found a local taxi firm who could help, and very shaken by the appalling treatment we'd be subject to, only just made our flight home by minutes. These people are not to be trusted with something as important as getting you to your flight on time.

booked a prepaid taxi from them to take four passengers to Donostia San Sebastian from Bilbao . Got the flight timings wrong and called me from the airport in Bilbao to inform me that the driver was waiting for us . I had not even boarded the flight from Gatwick Airport . Twenty minutes later they called to say they couldn't pick us up and we would have to make alternate arrangements . Very , very irresponsible . Wouldn't recommend booking with them again . Bad customer service .They had the cheek to deduct 20 pounds from the refund even though it was clearly fault .

Horrendous company for both service & customer service. Was contacted 12 hours before our flight from Barcelona to inform us that unfortunately that had to cancel our pre-arranged and fully paid for return transfer to Barcelona from Roda De Bera. When contacted the first customer service agent hung up the phone and the second agent suggested we just book 2 taxi's, at 11.30 at night!!! when I'm due to leave at 7.30 in the morning! Currently sitting here stranded and wondering if I will catch my flight in the morning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! And as for their positive reviews.....they probably write them themselves!

Absolutely appalling service. We nearly missed the flight as they didn't come to pick us up and had to take taxi, even though we were waiting at the hotel as instructed way before the scheduled time and when wrote a complaint they took over 1 month to respond! Even the uber driver mentioned that they do this all the time and people miss their flights. No refund or anything and they say they pride in good customer service. At all costs avoid!

I paid for a luxury vehicle and they sent a broken down cargo van. It was unsafe, filthy, and extremely uncomfortable. The company admitted their mistake in writing (I had time-stamped pictures of the vehicle) but they refused to do anything about their mistake. I explained that I paid for a premium ride but didn't care. Their customer service agent was extremely rude. Based on their total lack of customer service, I suspect their "great reviews" are generated by a bot and not real people.

We used Suntrasfers last month for our transfer from and to Lanzarote airport. Both trips were horrible! Nobody showed up on BOTH occasions. We had to wait 40 minutes at the airport, even if our flight was on time, and call the client assistance. The driver was clearly very angry and drove in a crazy way. On our way back I sent Suntrasfers a reminder, just to make sure not to repeat the same experience. They assured me that everything was correctly planned, but also this time nobody showed up! I had to make EIGHT calls to the client service, they invented many stories and after ONE hour told us to call a taxi! We almost missed our plane. Even if they asked us to keep the taxi receipt, they refused to refund it afterwards. Please note that Suntransfers' fee was twice the cost of the taxi. Worst experience ever in many many years of private transfer use!
