I booked a transfer through ShuttleDirect for at transfer from Munich Airport to Munich City. My flight was on time but there was no sign of the taxi at the arrivals terminal. I scoured the terminal but to no avail so had to get alternative transport to city centre. I contacted shuttledirect for a refund but they state they are not liable. Quote from them below

"Please note that our company acts only as sales agent for the different Suppliers that offer their services on our website. Your service contract is directly between yourself and the supplier and therefore we have no authority to make refunds unless instructed by the supplier."

To all prospective clients please be aware if something goes wrong you won't get your money back
