We have been using Mega Airport Cars for many years and have always received an excellent service. By far the best way to transfer between Gatwick and Heathrow and very reasonably priced compared to the alternatives.

4.45am flight arrival from Hong Kong delayed and eventually cleared customs at 6.10am but a smiling Mega driver was waiting outside Costa Cafe in Terminal 5 at Heathrow with a clear arrivals card. Good help with bags and loaded all my passengers and bags into MPV and away onto the M4 in no time.

i have use this service for a few times and are very happy with the service so far. there have been punctual in picking us up from heathrow to our destination and vice versa back to airport. i will recommend it to my friend to use this company for the transportation service.

I have read the seven reviews, some of them old, and for us, the experience has mostly been great. No horror story, cars always on time / early for pick up at home and mostly on time for pick up at the airport (15 min waits sometimes). We have used it probably forty times in the past three years, mostly to / from Heathrow. We usually leave early in the morning, so this may explain why the cars are punctual. Returns from Heathrow are either early or late in the day. The charges are very, very fair too. So, overall, a great value for money.

I have booked this service four times. The first was excellent, the second was as good except the car was grubby inside and out. The third booking was for a 9am pickup in town and the car was not there. Their office telephone was not answered so at 0910 I took a regular taxi. On one of the earlier bookings a needed to call their number and on that occasion too the number went unanswered. The scheduled driver called my mobile number at 0915 to say he was outside and was told that I had already taken a taxi. This booking was the first I had coupled with a return from Heathrow and no driver was at the pickup point but of course they may have cancelled the whole booking, though no email nor text message checked to see if this my intention. Unreliable car services are not something I want to factor in to my journey to and from the airport.

They don't pick up the phone, they don't respond to emails. Very bad customer service. I was left at the airport at 3am without them even picking up the phone. Very bad.

We waited for ages at the Costa at Luton airport arrivals before we called to check where our car was. When we spoke to the dispatcher, she said it was 10 minutes away and confirmed the driver had the correct mobile number. When we called again, she asked the driver to call us. At no point were we told why there was a delay or if there were problems. Then the driver called and said he was 20 minutes away, which means we were waiting from 14.45 to 15.30 - not great. We were FINALLY collected at 4pm (75 minutes after we exited and nearly 2 HOURS after our flight landed). What made the whole process worse was the fact that the driver could barely speak English properly to explain where he was or where we should meet him. This whole experience was really stressful and unnecessary and I asked for a refund of our payment of £46 for this segment of the journey. It ruined the end of our holiday!!! We booked a car service so we could return home happy and refreshed. Complaining to the company brought no result and no response and complaining to the PCO was the same. They just registered a warning against the company, so they are free to do this to someone else. SHOCKING!

We booked this company to transfer us from Gatwick to Heathrow airports. The car did not arrive at the time requested even though it was booked well in advance. We had to call the company to check on the whereabout of the car - and after a number of phone calls were informed that the car would arrive 1 hour after the booked and agreed time. Obviously unacceptable at 11.15pm - they agreed to refund the money paid but 1 month later they have still not done this nor do they respond to emails. Keep clear of this company - do not use them. They do not deserve 1 star!
