Absolutly useless & no customer service

Booked transfers from Gao to Bagra, No one to meet us, called the contact number, eventually got a response, Was told will find out where driver is and call you back in five minute, 20 minutes later no call back, attempts at further contact failed with contact numbers ringing but not being anwsered.
Having been stood for well over an hour,arranged a local taxi, (fixed price kiosk out side terminal building) a tenth of the price of ResortHoppa.
Next day foolishly confirmed return journey,having been unable to get explination for no show.
Guess what, no-one showed up for the return journy. Contacted given numbers and was told same story, will call you back in five minutes, No call back.
So again a mad rush to find a local taxi.
Back in Uk, and customer service has not improved, no response to emails seeking a refund.
I have previously used ResortHoppa, with out problems. But dont think I'll be back again
