When we arrived in barcelona finding the transfer desk was very straight forward using the instructions on the voucher emailed to us. Our only downfall was yes we knew we booked a shuttle and would have stop overs but firstly we had to wait just over and hour after going to the location of the transfer desk sent us to for the bus and then the bus had a ridiculous amount of drop offs to do before finally arriving at our hotel almost 4 hours later after arriving in bcn which in that time i could have flown to some where else. I also think the location in bcn where the buses pick you up from needs better signage so customers are confident they are standing in the correct place especially if you are going to be waiting for so long! It would be nice to know in advanced roughly how many stop offs are being made before yours.
