Booked a private taxi at Malta Airport. They gave me and my children a shuttle bus which was not what I paid for. Took us an extra 20-30 mins due to having to stop for everyone. Flight was delayed by 1.5 hours but they had my full flight details and there was no reason not to provide the paid service. The woman at the airport desk for Supreme Travel who this job is contacted to, was rude and upresentable. Pls see her - red hair and clothes that were too casual even for the gym.
On the way back, they left me stranded during rush hour and I almost missed my flight. NO ONE turned up!!! My hotel called them 3 times and they said the driver was on the way. After waiting an hour, I had to call my own taxi through the hotel.
Never use this company!!! They cannot deliver what you pay for. Still no apology. Rude service and actually... no service to me yet I have been charged. Go with someone else.
