Arrived very late on Sunday 17th July with 3 children. Nobody there to meet us. Luckily a rep from another company overheard who we were looking for and led us to the office of the local company. A male very apologetically explained that they were no longer completing work for Click Transfer as they had not been paid. The rep from another company stated there had been a number of problems at Kos with Click Transfers. Luckily our taxi was only 20 euros to the hotel. Emailed a complaint today and asked for a refund!!!!

you will be lucky. company are not taking calls, are ignoring emails but still taking bookings. have contacted police fraud investigation department.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. THE COMPANY HAVE NOT PAID THEIR AGENTS IN GREECE, LANZAROTE AND FUERTEVENTURA, BUT ARE STILL TAKING BOOKINGS AND CUSTOMER MONEY. REPORTED TO POLICE AND OFT.
