I had 2 holidays booked so had 2 transfer booked. My husband took I'll so had to cancel, I was able to to take the later holiday however I had already cancelled the transfers and agreed with then I would use the credit for another holiday. When I contacted to rearrange the transfer, they said it would be easier if I placed a new booking and pay for it, then they assured me they would refund me that day!! They have still not refunded me. I have emailed them and rang almost daily. They are just ignoring my calls & emails. Their customer service is disgraceful. They are quick enough to take your money, but if you need a refund they don't want to know. Please stay away from this company. Pay a little extra to a different company as these cannot be trusted.

I managed to speak to manager a few days ago, I was told that when I rebooked my transfer the money was not taken from my bank. When I checked this on my online bank statement this was correct, as for the first transfer for 2nd of April I was told I'd receive a full refund. They asked if I'd remove my review as they felt it was unfair. If they had not ignored my calls & emails this could have been avoided. I strongly believe they think if they ignore customers, they will go away. After reading other customers reviews on this site, it seems I'm not the only one being ignored. Click Transfer needs to address this problem, as they will lose customers. I have to say though the actual private transfers I booked were of top quality. The car was of good standards, the drivers were very polite & on time, I also felt safe with their driving. If I was to rate it for the actual transfer I'd rate it 5 stars.
