Absolutely terrible service. This company is a joke. I use them last year and the service was pretty good. I will never use them again.

They have great service about drivers which are very helpful and polite, good prices and on time pick up. I will use it again and recommend to anyone looking for best taxi service.

Firstly we booked our pick up for 12:45 from Heathrow to Wembley for a rugby game our driver came at 1pm. We arranged to be picked up at 7:15 after the game to return to Heathrow I got a call during the game at 6 pm to ask did I wish to proceed with the booking from another company which led to a stressful second half of the game as we had a tight connection. Then I got a text from Kabbee to say they would pick us up at 8:40pm for a flight at 10:00pm. Seemingly 365 transfers outsourced the job to another company who couldn't do the job.It was then passed to many companies who couldn't get to collect us. Then at 7pm we got a call from our original driver to say he would be there at 7:30pm we said we would wait then we got a call at 7:45 to say he would not make it. We then had to find a cab to get to the airport we eventually got one and just about made our flight. It was an absolutely terrible service.

Exceptional service. My last journey with your company was a really beautiful experience. Your driver picked me up on time on 16th Feb 2015. The ride to Heathrow was comfortable. Your driver was particularly concerned about my comfort,which I value very much. This particular journey is special to me,as we went through London,which I haven't done in quite sometime. Very poor attitude from customer services. Not only the website allowed me to book on Christmas Day when it they were apparently fully booked...fair enough...but when I asked if she happened to know another cab company in the area she could reccommend her anser was NO...I mean you work in the transport industry and you don't even know your competitors or do you not have agreements with different taxi companies? VERY rude, rest assured you have lost a client.

Your driver arrived early (which was good as I was ready to leave the function I was attending), was very polite and courteous and drove very smoothly. Well done - I won't hesitate to use your company again and will be recommending you to others.

From the ease in bookings and payment to the communications and prompt replies, everything has been superb. Your Customer Service rep is to be highly commended. When I was faced with major flight delays she was able to make modifications without any hassles and always courteous and fast in her replies. It put my mind to ease. The company provides very professional and friendly service, including, booking process, chat support, messages, and of course transfer service itself! Honest price, safety & comfortable payment. The drivers picked up our group of 12 pers. twice: at midnight, when we arrived, and early in the morning also (when we came back) exactly at the time. We have recently completed our journey from Stoke Newington to Stansted Airport and I couldn't recommend 365 enough! Communication was brilliant from the start, our driver was polite and nice, the car was clean and modern and the price was brilliant! Excellent service once again from all the staff, it's not the first time I book with 365 Airport Transfers and definitely, will not be the last! Never experienced any problems with them, always on time, drivers are very polite and their cars are always clean. The operators are very friendly and can help you book the journey by yourself online, or by using their online chat which is very useful and takes just a few minutes. The airport journeys are always nice because they wait for you at arrivals with your name displayed and the flight is tracked for any delays. My choice for when I need to travel to catch a flight or coming back home. Thank you very much guys!

Absolutely horrible service - the cab journey from London to Cambridge took 3 hours and they made us wait 1 hour in the cold. The customer service guy who got in touch with me after I complained was highly rude, offering excuses like "we are all human and we all make mistakes" and "if you tried us any other time you would be happy with us" instead of apologising for our experience. Pay a few extra pounds and save yourself from the worst cab experience.

Have ordered this service online to get from London Stansted to Tower Hill. Just one of the best Taxi service I ever had. Reasonable prices, no delays, reminders with complete info by SMS and email, nice and clean cars, very kind drivers and operators. Just the best recommendations!
