Outbound ok. Return we did as instructed, called them after collecting baggage. 3 times no reply so left voice message. No return call so called again, this time grumpy person told us 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes then told we couldn't get on as minibus was full. Waited another 20 minutes in freezing cold. Got back to car and thawed windscreen. Finally got in and saw car had clocked up 3 more miles since we left it and dash cam had been disconnected. Next morning found a nail through tyre wall. Emailed three times and asked for explanation as to why dash cam was disconnected and travelled 3 miles. Never got a reply. Wonder why???

Arrived at 6.10 a.m. loads of people already stood waiting for transport to the airport. Had to wait until 6.50 for a minibus. Many people forced to call for private taxis so they didn’t miss their flights. Unhelpful staff in office. They weren’t bothered about the problems outside. I was told it wasn’t their issue and we should leave more time. The website says to allow 15-20 minutes for the transfer. By the time we arrived at the airport it was over 3/4 hour. Bus driver was more informative and explained they were a bus down meaning only three were running. His bus should also have been out of operation because it had a defective light. He was risking pints on his own license to get customers to the airport. Thanks you to him.

Please if you are reading this,trust the other negative reviews as very true. These guys kept myself and family in the rain and wintry cold for over half an hour and after several phone calls they finally arrived. No apology from anyone and lots of attitude from their drivers and staff on duty whose behaviour was very threatening because I mentioned how bad their service was. Avoid this company if at all cost.

Peter Ashley airport transfers Manchester. So I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but when my 65 year old mother is basically threatened and confronted after voicing the awful service we received today I have to say something! After already waiting for 20 minutes at pick up point to take me & my family back to our car from Manchester airport, there was no space for us in Peter Ashley’s transport vehicle. A couple of ladies were very blatant in telling the driver that they had waited for 45 minutes and were saying ‘bad service!’. A lady in a wheelchair and her partner were also very upset and dismayed at the wait they endured and voiced this to the driver. I was told that there were two vehicles just behind so we should be picked up shortly. 3 telephone calls later and now waiting for approximately 50 minutes, we were picked up by the same driver who told us there were two vehicles behind him! I voiced to the office when i called and to the driver that they need to be honest as it wasn’t the wait that upset me but the fact i waited in the cold with my 5 year old, when i could have waited in the warmth if they had been open and honest about pick up waiting time! When back at office to collect my car, i went to get my car keys as the driver suggested, whilst my family got out of the transport vehicle. When i was back outside I noticed the driver had taken suitcase out for a gentleman who was lucky to come out of the airport at good timing as the transport vehicle had just arrived (for him it would appear to be a good service). My suitcase and that of my families were left in the vehicle. The driver made an excuse about rain ‘ what rain!’ My mum was upset and voiced this, the driver was threatening and confrontational towards my 65 year old mother basically squaring up to her! How disgusting and what a disgrace! Stay away from this nasty and awfully run service! I wish i had called the police but just wanted to get away from there! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Peter Ashley car parking, Irvin Drive, at Manchester Airport for a 14 nights trip. What they do NOT tell you anywhere is that if you go with them for any time over a week is that they MOVE your car off the secure car park you leave it on with them. They move your vehicle down the road to waste ground off Moss Lane, approx 1.2 miles away from where you left it. They will tell this if you ask but that's if you know they are going to do this in the first place. I DID'NT. My car is fitted with a tracker and I had the most uncomfortable holiday ever watching my brand new top of the range Ford being moved around waste ground. They say its secure but looking at Google Maps and having taken a quick look at the area off Moss lane it does not appear secure to me, far from it. My car came back to me with muddy tyres and mud splash marks up the drivers rear side. There was also chicken feathers in one tyre tread. (there is a farm nearby) So if you want to leave your pride and joy on waste ground these are the boys to leave it with. I will never ever do this again. I worried myself sick for 14 days as to what state I would find my car in upon returning. Out of the 14 days I was away my tracker and vibration alarm showed the vehicle was moved around that area on 12 separate days. I thought i was paying for a proper car park, secure with a fence and protected. I was definitely NOT wanting God knows who driving my car on public roads and being parked on a muddy waste ground.

On return we were left waiting at airport pick up point for over an hour. Called again after half hour wait and told too bad as it’s a busy time! Very confused when arriving at parking depot as they said they weren’t expecting me. Had to further wait at depot as keys had been mislaid. Nerve racking 10 minutes as watching staff search lots of drawers and envelopes for keys. Question safety of vehicle. No apology offered. Will pay the £15 extra next time to use Manchester Airport Parking.

Used Peter Ashley car park for first time this week and was very impressed. Easy location to find and then quickly taken to airport with no fuss. One phone call on our return and within 15 minutes we’re back at the compound, with the car ready to go. It took all the stress out of parking at the airport and was also considerably cheaper. Will be using them again in October.

Secure compound very close to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make the transfers to a from the airport super smooth. From arrival to return the service was excellent. This airport parking facility has everything in place to make leaving the car easy and worry free. No hesitation recommending to others and using again. Many thanks.
