I used VIP for many years and due to job change stopped using Heathrow a couple of years back. Now back working for a NA business started using VIP again. Same great service at value for money packages. They take pragmatic client based approach e.g. on my most recent trip I ended up on the wrong car park floor at T2. Called VIP explained my mistake gave them my location & within couple of minutes the VIP collection guy was there! Could not ask for more.
In my experience VIP offer a quality, low risk service with great value. Their communication and guidance is straight forward and easy to follow. In what is a very competitive market (airport parking) I have no hesitation in recommending VIP.
