30-5-18 outside Manchester Airport terminal 1 as detailed in email sent by Ezybook , nobody answers phone to arrange collection, airport security advise this is not the normal place for collection. 1 hour later nobody answering phones still and voice box full . Ring head office in London told me it is not their problem and hung up on me . Had to fork out £100 to park else where almost missing flight . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used the Ezybook comparison site to find airport Parking at Manchester’s Terminal 3 and chose Best Parking Manchester. This firm were late to the terminal to collect my car and were an hour late to collect us from the terminal On arriving back in Manchester. Upon receiving my car back the company had driven 69 miles in the vehicle, without my consent, and left me with only 16 miles of petrol to make the 35 mile journey home from the airport. Dreadful service - they are not fit for purpose - unprofessional, rude and should not be allowed to trade. The instructions for drop off and pick up are completely different from what they send out. They took over an hour to turn up to collect my car and each time I called them (36 times in total trying to get a response) I was told the driver was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. DO NOT USE EASYBOOK or ONE STOP PARKING. WORST OF ALL OFFENDERS if you see the number 0207 118 4050. Waited for my car for 4 hours. My car is completely covered in mud, inside and outside. Will rather pay extra for heathrow valet service then opting cheap for these guys. Our flight was delayed and we informed these guys almost 10 to 12 hours ago via email. We reached late as delay happened and cleared custom and baggage pick up by 11:45 pm. Called them and they refused to send our cars because of no availability of drivers. “Worst meet and greet ”

Horrendous service and rude staff. Left me waiting 2 1/2 hours in an underground car park in sub zero temperatures for my car at Heathrow when I returned to collect it. During this time no one provided me with an update or an explanation and I received no apology when I eventually received my car, just a non-plussed driver who clearly didn't care. Worse Parking ever ! Is not a true Meet & Greet, Took ages to get through when I arrived, told the driver was on his way, took 40 minuets for him to turn up, did not photograph my cay, cost me £11 to get an exit ticket ! Upon my return could not get through again, just said message box is full over and over. “Hanging around for ages at both ends of the trip.”

Ok,so it's cheaper than the official valet parking. But the point of getting valet parking is the convenience of being able to quickly drop off and pick up your vehicle. Ezybook failed to do either. I rang 40 mins in advance of drop off to inform them I would be there in 40 mins. First call I got a voicemail message saying not to leave a voicemail but to call back another time (the voicemail box was full anyway so you couldn't leave a message if you wanted to). “Terrible service ”

The service was poor as pick up and drop off was over 45 minutes late even though we followed the correct procedures. Almost missed my flight. Had to phone about 20 times before they arrived on both occasions and not one single apology. Disgusting service no wonder they were cheaper than everyone else. Avoid them if you don't want to be waiting around for a long time. “Very poor service from this company”

Left my clean and valeted car with this company as a meet and great service at Manchester airport . Firstly they didn't arrive on time even though we phoned 20 minutes before arrival to notify them we were nearly there.
