Upon arrival pick up for collection. Was told extra charge £20.00.car not carparking size????I park in any space no problem.on return took 1 and half hr to be returned muddy after numerous lies about traffic been bad.ect .surely with flight details and they kw route they make allowance to get to terminal at a decent time Also when car finally arrived why had the passenger seat been moved the seat was almost horizontal and had been pushed right back, surely the person collecting the car sits in the drivers seat!!! Rude arrogant office staff, patronising and condescending on the phone will never use these amateurs again and certainly would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

Email said to ring 30 minutes before arrival. Called got told to ring when 5 minutes away. After ringing several times and sitting there an hour and a half no one came. Every time we rang we got told 5 minutes, 10 minutes. What a load of rubbish. Nearly missed out flights its a good job we arrived early. In the end we booked alternative parking then had to quickly rush through the airport and get straight on the plane. No one ever called to say they was there and looking for us, so I pressumed no one ever turned up for the car. Will never use again, not worth the stress or hassle. Trying claim our money back through the bank.

Drop off was perfect after wanting to clarify where to meet for T3 and the only tel number shown was the helpline which I discovered only dealt with bookings not queries, not much help. Eventually got texted the drivers mobile. Pick up waited about 20 mins and had previous customer inform me his vehicle had been scratched and had done much extra mileage so was very relieved when mine was returned as dropped - whether this was because I informed the driver we'd taken a video of the car exterior and picture of my mileage, who knows. Despite being happy I'm unlikely to use again as too many reviews are so critical.

“Do not use!”

Do not use that car park!!! We left car for 3 weeks after coming back they refused to bring car over so we spent extra £18 to take taxi even we prepaid for car to be drop of back to airport!! On collection shocking discovery, car completely covered in mud but what the worse they used aour car and drive over 300 miles and left me on reserve enough to cover 2 miles from over half tank full !!!! Inside all mess mud everywhere pack of cigarette and order rubbish left!! They look over all our storage in the car absolutely disgusting , after coming back home I washed car discovered bumper and doors damage!! Raported all to Police they coming to take finger prints and all evidence etc. Do not use!!!

On our return, we were repeatedly lied to. Kept saying the driver was on his way and left us for almost 90 mins in the freezing cold. When our driver finally arrived with the car after being fobbed off numerous times, it was a lad we’d seen coming and going whilst we were waiting!! Would never use again and would not recommend. At one point we were convinced we weren’t going to see our car again. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra or be prepared for a dreadful end to your holiday.

“Harassed to leave the airport without our baggage ”

DO NOT USE this company. Our flight was delayed by ONE HOUR. I kept the company informed that we passed through Airport Control, were on our way to collect our baggage and would ring them again once we had collected our suitcases. Fifteen minutes later they rang to say our car was on the airport carpark. We were requested us to leave the airport WITHOUT OUR SUITCASES and collect our key as their driver wanted to go home. We said we wasn’t comfortable leaving the airport arrivals area without our CASES plus wouldn’t be able re-enter once we had left. We continued to be harassed, told that if we didn't collect our key ASAP our car would be removed from the Airport carpark and sent back to the Storage carpark. We would then have to WAIT THREE HOURS for the next driver to start work PLUS we would incur an additional £25 along with extra airport parking fees. My partner had no choice but to leave me to struggle with two suitcases whilst he exited the arrivals to recover his car keys. To top it off we had to PAY DOUBLE the original airport carpark EXIT CHARGE being as our car being delivered too early. What a stressful end to our holiday.

“Would not use them again”

I booked in good faith my parking and received a reply by both text and e mail to confirm my booking. I have received a text message to confirm due to change of events they have cancelled my booking. I have not received an e mail to confirm how I get a refund of my money. I have phoned them. No reply after leaving message. Spoke to the actual company who drops you off who advisor was not their issue. Replied to their text asking how I get my money back . No reply. I have had to rebook with another company who I have used in the past who I know to be reliable. Cheap price is not always the best as I now know to my cost. I cannot see me getting me money back and feel cheated.

“Avoid avoid avoid!!!”

Was only told after confirmation that there is a £5 drop off charge and £6 collection charge. At this point you are committed because there’s a £15 cancellation fee too. Waited 30 mins for drop off and about 40 minutes for pick up which is a long time in the freezing cold at 1am and with 2 young daughters. I would not recommend and will not be using these again.

“Late”

On arrival at Manchester Airport I rang to say we would be there in 5 mins. The guy on the phone said that no way would we be there in 5 mins as there was a threat going on at the airport and you will be lucky to get there in time for our flight! Obviously we were dreading getting there to be stuck in traffic and what ever he thought was going on at that time. We had a 7 yr old with us so very worried what he had said. We arrived exactly 5 mins later, no traffic, no threat. I asked the Manchester Airport staff if what he had told me was true? They replied no not at all it was just heavy traffic for a short period but it has cleared now. I rang Eazypark to tell them we had arrived. 45 mins later and several calls as we were being moved on all the time they arrived. Again saying there had been a threat. Same on the way back waited a good 20 mins outside the terminal so 30 mins in total as I rang them as we were getting our luggage. Booked with them last year and they were great. This year absolute terrible, they even tried to charge us twice. I have recommended them to friends but never again.

“Appalling service - very stressful experiience”

Used through FSS who organised this company. Booked for 8.00 am drop off and despite ringing at 7.40 to say on time car not collect until 8.30 am. Driver blamed traffic. Had mad rush to get flight because of security procedures. Return just as bad. Rang to say flight landed and luggage collected. Still took 25 minutes to return car this time driver saying he had been busy with other passengers who rang first. Got abusive and argumentative when challenged about appalling service. They claim car parked just a mile away so should take about 5 minutes Have used Meet & Greet for years never had such problems. AVOID these two companies.

I have used Eazypark once before and didn't have a problem. However, this second time was a nightmare. I phoned the mobile number 20 minutes prior to getting to Manchester airport and couldn't get through. I tried over 10 times and just got the message 'sorry we can't connect you'. So I was left with no other option but to pay for the long stay car park at Manchester airport costing me £102. Stress and additional cost I didn't need at the start of my hols. Stay away from this firm.

Do not use this company. They were 35 minutes late on arrival VERY stress full. On return money missing from the car and absolutely filthy and again long wait. DO NOT USE dreadful service.

“Vehicle Returned Damaged - Unacceptable Service”

We have used this company for many years & always been satisfied with the service, until this episode. We had concerns something was not right when we arrived to check in at Manchester airport & had to wait nearly 30 mins for the driver to turn up & collect the car. Upon return to Manchester airport I contacted EazyPark & was told the traffic was heavy around the airport, so they would be 20-25 mins before reaching the terminal. After waiting 1 hour & making a couple of phone calls to chase them, I was told my vehicle was in a traffic queue, but not to worry they would be with me soon. The vehicle & driver appeared approx 10 mins later, asked me to sign the acceptance form, which I did,(as by this time we were somewhat travel tired) & he then jumped into another vehicle & departed. Upon leaving the terminal/airport all the roads were clear of traffic, in fact they were quite empty, which raised our suspicions, we had been lied too. Immediately arriving home, we opened the boot to unload the suitcases & saw what looked like damage to the rear bumper, which they had tried to cover up by dirtying the area, which again looked odd. Upon further inspection, the bumper had definitely been damaged in 2 areas, 1 area showed signs that it had been either reversed into an object or another vehicle reversed into it,but in any event the paint had been damaged/removed down to the primer. The 2nd area looked as though a vehicle had hit the edge of the bumper, leaving a deep scratch which had removed the paint, down to the primer, again. What made the situation unacceptable, was they obviously knew they had caused the damage,because they had covered it up, quite successfully. We have our doubts where the vehicles are being parked, because in all the years we have used EazyPark in the past, we have never had our vehicle damaged. The drivers previously used by EazyPark were mature individuals, but the drivers being used now are very young & I mean very young & not well presented. We will never use this company again & we would advise anybody thinking of using EazyPark - DO NOT, under any circumstances use this company. The original EazyPark business has clearly been sold to the new people, who are making a great job of ruining a successful company. We are very reluctant to give this company 1 star, 0 is too generous, what a shambles. They do not deserve to continue in business.

“Wait and not so friendly greet!”

Avoid at all costs. On return waited over an hour for our car. Numerous phone calls made and was basically told lies. Even had the phone put down on me mid sentence. When the car finally arrived, the driver was arrogant and could not have cared less.

We waited 30 mins for them to collect our car before we went on holiday and I am writing this review now as I am waiting for it to be returned. We have been waiting over an hour and keep getting told it will be with us soon. I have tried calling them 5 times up to now to see were vehicle is and no answer. It's 3am and I feel like I am never going to get home. Do not use this company whatever you do. There is also other family's waiting for their vehicles too from same company! Apaulling

“TERRIBLE - AVOID”

Waited over 2 hours for my car. Told lots of lies ('we can't find your key'). Phone numbers they provide not answering. Had to phone a dozen times and was told more lies. Absolutely terrible company.
