We collected our VW Toureg a week ago and when the guy dropped the car off the bonnet was covered in a something like limescale, were not sure, we've tried to get it off unsuccessfully. I sent photos with an email and complained and got no reply. I contacted them by phone and they are now ignoring my calls. I will not let this drop so if youre reading this Compare Parking Deals, I'll next be writing a formal complaint to Stanstead Airport and then will start legal proceedings if I don't get a satisfactory response.

This company is a disgrace. I am still fuming. It took them 2 hours to deliver our car from the time we called them on arriving at Gatwick North Terminal. Then they lied every time I called for an update saying "the driver will be with you in 20 minutes". There were also approximately over 10 other parties waiting like us who had a similar experience (3 of whom had been waiting for over 4 hours, I am not joking). There are other companies that seem to attach themselves to the same tel numbers at arrival as we all discovered yesterday. Avoid like the plague.

What ever you do don’t use this company I took my car to there Bristol parking where we were supposed to go to the drop off but when we got there we were to go to the short stay car park witch was a fair walk to terminal but hey just one of those things when we got there no one there seemed to know what they were doing but after a while we found a guy who could hardly talk any english but anyway got sorted and a great holiday but that’s when our nightmare started on return we came through passport control we phoned the company to get my car back but they said to wait in terminal as they would be around 15 to 20 minites as they were delayed 40 minites went bye and still nothing tried to ring them again phone switched of after anouther 20 minites managed to get hold of them they said they were on there way and would meet us at the short stay car park witch was quite a hike again but we just wanted to get home when we got there no car no imformation so rang again said they would be about 15 to 20 minites witch at this time was not very happy there was a number of other people also waiting and getting frustrated any way finally my car came and when I walked to the car a rep just walked up and past the key to me I looked at my car it was covered in mud looked like there was coffee stains over the front and when I opened the car up there was mud in every foot well the pasinger seat was reclined there was a half bottle of water left on the back seat and rubbish left in car I approached the guy who brought it back and asked I’m what had been happening with my car he just shrugged is shoulders and in very bad english told me to ring the company I went to drive off and notice the fuel gauge they had used a 1/4 of tank of fuel I looked at the mileage and the car had done 80 miles since I dropped it off I then rang the company again to explain what has happened they just blagged me off saying I would have to send a email witch I did 3 times with no reply phoned the company again had same response use email by this time I was really mad and told the lady I needed to speak to somebody she got really hirate and said there was nothing she could do so I kept on telling her my contract was with them and I wanted to talk to someone I was then told it would be a week before somebody got back to me and the phone went dead really frustrated I then went on there bot service talking to a guy explained what had happened again he then said he would get back to me by the end of the day I thought great finally getting somewhere but guess what nothing nobody got back to me my advise don’t use this company

Having called the pickup driver 40min prior to my time slot he asked me to call back when i was 5mins away. Go to the short stay area pick up a ticket, there was no-one to meet me. I waited nearly 30 mins still no one to collect my care. i made the decision to leave my car in the carpark. Upon my return i paid nearly £180 for 7 days parking. I had mailed the company but still no reply. Trying to get my money back as i paid for it on my credit card.

Worse experience ever!! Waited 90 minutes for my car to be brought back! Then he just left my car with key in ignition and walked off! Very rude if you try to call and if you try to complain it’s like they are all in on it and won’t take and complaints off you! So god help with people who have even worse experience than me! The company should be shut down in my opinion there were 12 of us getting the same rude response and waiting an hour longer than we were told!

Dreadful experience Meet and Greet at Gatwick, Late September so not even busy. We arrived 10 min late having phoned as asked but they didn’t turn up for 45 min and blamed us! Arriving back we phoned from baggage as asked and then waited for 55 minutes- total waste of money.

This is the worst company ever... BE AWARE when you booking your place in the carpark, because they use Heathrow Meet&Greet ,but they collect your car from the terminal and going to a secret place to park your car. I meet a guy there,"the driver" which he need to collapse the car but he refuse to shows me his ID or his badge from the company. I refuse to give him my car keys. He try to charge me another £85.00 after when I paid £129.00.I told him i will call the police and he start to be agitate,he left the carpark and left me there in a difficult situation with my car and my kids. I use the Original MEET&GREET from Heathrow Terminal which i paid around £600 for 6 days because i was close to lose my flight I tried to speak with someone but they don't answer at the phone . Used JBF “24/7 meet and greet” at Stanstead. No Meet and certainly No greet. Worst parking service I’ve ever, ever booked. Pulled up to no one waiting, email only states where to go. After 15 min call number, advised should have been given phone number to call 30 min prior to arrival. Call number, excuses and further 20 minute wait, man arrives in jogging bottoms. No ID and cross id mentioned the service is bad. On return, phoned 30 min prior as instructed, excuses straight away about high demand. 45 min later in the cold at pick up point, 2am, no car. Called again to excuse driver not turned up and going to be further 15 minutes. Waited over an hour in total on return, cost £120 for awful aggressive people to take your car. Hope this review helps others, will use airport official from now on.

Gatwick drop off and pickup: on arrival, was told to wait for 45 minutes, then 15 more minutes, then another half hour. The on-site personnel did nothing to help and were smoking whilst talking to me (in the multi storey car park); the man on the phone said he will find where my car is and call back. Then hang up on me and never called back - I have to chase (the line was busy so another job). Still no car arrived as I am writing this, two young children and an elderly mother in tow. A dreadful end to. Family holiday

Do not waste money on these people! The most dodgy parking deals you can ever get. On outbound flight the guy who came to meet and greet in air port was looking really shifty and didn’t even issue a receipt. On the the inbound flight there were at least 15 people all waiting for their cars for at least 1.5 hours. I had to to wait precisely 2.06 minutes. I kept calling their office number for updates and every time a new person would answer and would promise the car would be there shortly. Another couple who finally tracked down one of the drivers was asking him what has happened to his van, the driver started arguing with him and as my wife asked him where is our car? He started shout at her saying there are 10 companies operating why do you ask me? Why don’t you call office it is not my job!! Finally after 2.06 minutes my car arrived and the driver was very moody, my 12 year old daughter asked him why we had to wait 2 hours? He started shouting at her I’m just a driver don’t ask me go speak to office!! At this point I lost my patience and started shouting at him why he was shouting at my daughter? At this time another driver joined and wanted to fight me? At no point anyone apologised for taking so long to bring our car around!

The person on the other end of the line, who claimed to represent the company, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and rudeness. Their empty promises and dismissive attitude left me feeling utterly powerless and frustrated. As I endured the interminable wait, I witnessed another unfortunate person experiencing a similar ordeal. It became clear that this was not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern of failure within the Meet & Greet service. The distress on their face mirrored my own, further solidifying my belief that this service is one to be avoided at all costs. After more than an hour of waiting, with a tired and crying child in tow, my car finally arrived. However, any semblance of goodwill or trust had long been shattered. The experience was a stark departure from what a Meet & Greet service should provide—efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind. Instead, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth and the regret of having chosen this company. Fellow travelers, please heed my warning: Do not be lured in by the promise of a Meet & Greet service from this company!!! Instead, opt for alternative parking arrangements that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism. Consider utilizing long-stay parking facilities coupled with a reliable transfer service. Not only will this likely save you money, but it will also spare you the anguish and disappointment I experienced. I implore you to learn from my unfortunate encounter and avoid the frustration and distress associated with this particular parking service. Your travel experiences should be memorable for the right reasons, not marred by the incompetence and apathy of a subpar Meet & Greet service. Don’t bring your car back i had to wait 2 hrs then someone took me to compound and i had to go back to airport to pick rest of passengers up. 3 people were complaining of their damaged cars and the staff were swearing at us and extremely rude threatened to smash my phone as I took photos of the place and damaged to cars

Booked Heathrow T3 parking with Mayfair Parking via Compareparkingdeals. Looking at other reviews for Mayfair we got lucky. To be fair, the Drop Off and Return procedures were acceptable although we did have to pay £6 each way for the car park which hadn't previously been mentioned. Upon getting into the car we immediately noticed that 'Super Duper' Sports mode was engaged and the Dashcam had been disconnected. Not too difficult to put 2 and 2 together... Extra on the clock too. They even opened and ate our Liquorice Allsorts which were in the passenger door cubby hole the cheeky sods.

DO NOT USE Safe Park Meet & Greet Gatwick they are sham!!!!!!!! on return I had to wait 1 hour for the car. when returned my loose change was taken so many misplaced items, missing items and they had rummaged through my glove box. I called and made a complaint and asked for my money, they said they will refund me. called back two weeks after not receiving the money to find out they sent the money to a random bank account that didn't belong to me. i disputed the charge with AMEX and then they call me to apologise and say they made a mistake. STAY AWAY

When car dropped off no checks completed. When car returned it was full of mud suggesting it had been parked in a field somewhere. The driver also went over a bollard but thankfully no damage. The mileage showed that it was parked at least 10 miles from the airport and also there was mud on the passenger side carpets which is strange. Don’t use this company if you value your car

Poor management of time on both drop off and collection. Followed the guidance of phoning 30 minutes before arriving at the airport which was acknowledge but still waited a further 20 minutes AFTER they said they would be there. Drop was scheduled for 4 o'clock in the morning so can't really blame traffic.... On the pick up, phoned when landed to say we'd be 30 minutes as per the guidance. Received a phone call after 20 minutes to say they were on their way and were 7 to 8 minutes away, that turned into 20 minutes (so again, not within the 30 minute window). Interestingly, the travel time on the dash in the car said 13 minutes. So at the point of the call, it was questionable on whether the car had moved....

Late picking up, can’t remember speaking to you as someone different picks up the phone each time. On return, taken over 1 hour for my car to be returned…when I called they said it’s on the way, when actually it hadn’t even been moved (mobile app). Would never use again and would never recommend!

Dreadful company with NO standards. Car collected LATE Car delivered LATE Drivers seat damaged (someone may have tried to sleep in the car as back of drivers seat was and still is flat position!!!) Rang FIVE TIMES already and still waiting for "Management" to call back!! Car back with dealer/manufacturer to repair seat AVOID AVOID AVOID

Located and booked via comparison site for LHR parking services. Mileage at drop off recorded by me to monitor distance my car travels from airport. Discovered 18 miles covered for both ways, more than I would expect. Also discovered inside car had been searched untidily by unknown person looking for what? Alarmingly, noticed in car GPS monitoring device unplugged. When I called customer support services to enquire as to why. A rude incoherent male stated that it was DVLA policy to unplug such devices in customers vehicle. I doubt this somehow as it makes no sense. I wouldn't trust this company with anything and it is imperative for BAA to review their operations and take them off the trusted list for meet and greet services!!
