I returned from holiday at 2AM and collected my car, it was parked in a poorly lit area and was thick with dust. The next day when I washed the car I found a small crease/dent in the bumper. It would look like when they have moved it and parked it up they have parked a car behind and stopped when it nudged mine. The airport say because I did not bring it to their attention before leaving I have not complied with the complaints conditions, however reading other complaints here it seems that would not have mattered. How can you see such things when the car was returned to me so dirty? I choose Silver Zone because I take a lot of pride in my car which I have worked hard to own, and I did not want to take the chance with the cheaper other operators in the area. You would think that BRISTOL AIRPORT would take car of your property, they proclaim to do so on their site and every advert they produce for this car park. So I am appalled to be dismissed and treated in this way and will never use their car parks again, and possibly not the airport now. It appears there are various complaints of the same nature, so I will be making Watch Dog aware as this really is bad customer service.
