I booked a Meet and Greet Service for Gatwick Airport with this company for June 2012. Unfortunately due to an injury we had to cancel our holiday. I rang and emailed cancelling this booking. I was told I would get a refund. I have NEVER received this. I have called them on the following occasions and every time when I manage to get through (this is not always possible) I speak to either Milly or Julie or Louise and they assure me that I will get a refund that day - NEVER arrives. I have called on 11 June, 29th June,16th July, 26th July, 17th August and 21st August. First I was told I would get a refund to my card, then I was asked to send my bank details and it would be transfered that day, which I did - but nothing. I can no longer keep ringing and being told lie after lie and I just warn everyone do not book this service and do not pay them any monty.

Trust me, you got off lightly. Like myself and many other people on this site you could have ended up with bills running into hundreds of pounds if they had taken your car and lost it or if they hadn't turned up at all and you had to pay again to another company or miss your flight.I know its not what you want to hear but don't waste your time on it you won't get your money back put it down to a lucky escape!!

I agree with you totally. I have heard some real horror stories about this company and as you say, have put it down to experience and have given up on the refund. I can't believe the website for ADP parking is still coming up and they are still taking bookings. Ir's criminal.
