“Appalling service”

I reserved a round trip from Toronto, ON to Sarasota, FL, January 2016.
I checked in a bicycle, according to their rules. The bicycle never arrived at destination.
They delivered the bicycle 3 days later. Many passengers did not get their luggage either.
The staff at Sarasota airport are untrained and unqualified to process the claim. They learn on the job, taking 50 minutes by the clock, to read and understand the company's rules and regulations.
I will not fly with this airline again.
