This has got to be the most inefficiently run airline in the world. Just got off a series of flights from hell. Staff both on the ground and in the air are rude, uncaring and have the attitude that their paying customers are just an inconvenience. Watched a flight attendant not give any assistance to an elderly woman in getting her bag into the overhead rack (helped by another passenger)and then proceed to tell her to hurry up because she was slowing the boarding process. Could go on at length but you get the jest. Advice would be that if you have choice of any other airline do it.
