I have had so many HORRIBLE experiences on United since the changeover from Continental!! I can't even begin to list them all!!! Never fly with United!! I have had so many non weather related delays and cancellations, and just downright RUDENESS from all of the staff I have encountered even in business class. And I have had things stolen from my luggage and the customer service people were incredibly rude to me, one hung up on me before i could even finish explaining the situation. Bottom line is they just don't care. I hope they go out of business, that is the only way to get through to them just how awful they are. They don't deserve my money or yours. United is worse than terrible. Would give it a half a star if I could.
