THIS AIRLINE SCREWS THE CUSTOMERS, THEY WONT LET YOU SELECT YOUR SEAT AT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR AN UP GREADE!!!!!!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES AND SAYS THE AIRPORT WONT LET YOU SELECT A SEAT DO TO SECURITY REASONS. I FINALLY FORCED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES TO ADMIT THE ONLY REASON FOR THAT IS SO YOU CANNOT GET THE SEAT YOU WANT SO YOU PAY FOR AN UPGRADE. THE AIRLINES ARE A DISGRACE, DONT THE TAX PAYER PAY FOR THE AIRPORTS AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FLIGH PATHS???? THIS IS A BUNC OF GARBAGE I AM SICK OF UNITED. THE GOVT SHOULD NEVER LET THESE AIRLINES MERG LIKE THEY DID WITH UNITED/CONTINENTAL. CONTINENTAL WAS GREAT.
