My husband and I had tickets with US Airlines to fly home from Cabo San Lucas through Phoenix to Omaha on June 8, 2015. The gate are Cabo was changed FOUR times and the plane was an hour late.
When we got on, NO ONE said that the flight would be late for connections, that the gates would be changed, etc.
We RAN through Customs, up to the gates....B26.
There was NO ONE THERE....they had changed the gate to A6...without telling us.
Then We RAN there...the DOOR WAS OPEN...but they had sold our seats (and those of 9 other people) without telling us.....THEY WOULD NOT LET US ON
NOR WERE THEY HELPFUL....
The courtesy counter was awful too.
We finally found out that we had been bumped to another flight LATER that night to Dallas and then to Omaha THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!
We said no and had to ARGUE for lodging....we HAD NO CLOTHES...OUR BAGS WERE SENT AHEAD OF US!!!
We found out that there had been an email, but we didn't have phones on in another country and they were set on Airplane mode on the flight!!!!
We will NEVER use this airlines again.
