I fly with tap portugal every year and my flight have never been late and the starf are very nice and helpful i have never had a flight atendeant who has been rude to me or my family alright I know the food is not the best on there but the starf help you and make sure you are alright I have flown on tap portugal as an UM and they showed me to my seat and put my bags in the overhead lockers and make sure I wasn't worried about anything and told me what is going to happend when we landed at gatwick london And then when we landed at gatwick they showed me to bagged réclame I would recommended this airline I hope this has been a help for you

This must be a fake review, written by a TAP employee. I have traveled with TAP 72 legs the last 8 years and I´m a very quite person. Just ONCE have the crew been "acceptable" the rest of the times they have been rude and arrogant. The only reason why I fly TAP is because they are the only one who flies direct to Fortaleza, Natal and Recife from Europe.

Well next time try an other flight maybe Norwegian or SAS... and U will see the different, I have been flying for more than 20 years, Tap Portugal Was unexpected worse experience in My Life...Never again.
