Flew SFO-SIN recently. No complaints whatsoever except for their silly policy of seeing the credit card with which you purchased the ticket. My card was stolen and they don't have a good system to deal with that. I brought a letter from the bank explaining the theft and I also brought my statement showing the charge. That eventually got me through. One piece of advice: if your card number gets stolen but you still have the physical card,
DON'T CUT IT UP.
Set it aside and take it with you on trips so you can show it. Singapore, Cathay Pacific, and EVA all asked for the card and they don't care if the card is defunct--they just want to see it. Silly but true. I have no idea what you would do if the ticket was purchased by your business, a travel agent, or a friend, which is what makes the policy so strange.
