Dear Singapore Airlines, I am sitting in your lounge at the Jakarta airport where I'm being asked to leave by an extremely rude lounge attendant. I came into the lounge with 2 colleagues who just departed on your flight in business class. I'm told I have to leave because I do not have SQ boarding pass and it was a mistake to let me in. Over the past year I have spent close to $100,000USD on flights for my colleagues to fly business class on your airline to various destinations in Asia. I am not allowed to fly business class because of company policy and therefore I'm on a Cathay flight that gets me home quicker. Your acclaimed superior service certainly does not extend to your lounges and to a customers who may not be flying with you today but has spent a lot of money with you. It's very disappointing for an airline that claims to be so superior but really is just snobby. By the way this lounge needs some serious improvement in addition to customer service training.
