On checking in one suitcase, which was 3 kilos over so the girl said " is over", no politeness or good manners, so I decided to re-arrange it in to my hand luggage, and asked what difference it made if the 3 extra kilos went into my hand luggage or in the hold. No answer, after rearranging it was 0.8 over they still wanted £30. Had she been polite and had any form of customer services I probably would have paid the £30, instead of stressing my self out. It was a matter of principle and being spoken to like I am an inconvenience, that I refused to pay the extra money (even though my husband wanted to).
Generally the flights were OK, check in at Dublin on the way home was friendly, but I cannot abide rudeness from anyone, therefore this is my last flight with Ryanair. I would rather pay the extra and fly Air Lingus.
People should not tolerate this appalling level of customer service.
