“Bad flight”

I booked ticket with PIA as my father passed away, I was taking his dead body to Pakistan. Flight time was 8.25pm

I turned up at the airport at 5pm ofcourse 3 hours check in. When I checked in I was told flight is delayed. I went into lounge then started to wait at 12pm I was told that flight is still delayed will be another hour, PIA station manager kept
On saying another hour it went till Monday morning all night I was sat at airport, PIA never offered accommodation as my stay at the airport was 15 hours,

Flight finally took of at 8am Monday morning. When I complained to PIA they paid no tension to my complain, not even apologised.

It is worst airline I would never travel again with PIA it is worst flight and very bad customer care.
